Have been struggling to connect to my cable box.

After almost an hour on the phone with Samsung, I was finally told that the tv was defective. I exchanged the set, but am having the same issues with the new one. I tried to hire the Geek squad to install this for me, but they are not working due to the Corona virus. I am very upset and disappointed.

Inexpensive but not many audio options

Picture quality is good, and built in wifi works well for streaming services. Only drawback... while there is an optical audio output, there is nothing else, no RCA audio, zippo. RCA audio output would simplify hooking it to larger speakers, but I guess you have to pay more for that. Still, it's a good deal for the price.
