Fiasco

It was just thrown in the box with no packing, etc. the box was ragged and 3x too big!!! I called the store and they said could exchange but not return $$, which Is what I wanted. Went to the store and exchanged it with no effort. I’m giving excellent because even though it was horribly packed and broken, it was an easy exchange. They took care of it the day I called. Love my TV. K

It's a Samsung...How can you go wrong?

Best 32" TV
