Purchased to replaces a 9 year old Samsung tv Pro - very good picture quality, internet apps work seamlessly, light and easy to maneuver, inexpensive Con - audio must be cranked really high to hear from about 10 feet away, like many new tv’s the stand feet are at the ends which makes it impossible to set the tv on top of our sound box, stand also limits angling the tv on a narrow tabletop

Not bad for a 2018 open box smart tv

Found this open box smart tv at a local Best Buy store that was a good deal for the price. According to the Sales Associate, it should have been marked "excellent" but was mistakenly marked as "good" so the price was less than it should have been! Plus I had a $10 Best Buy gift card which brought the price down even more! The Sales Associate was very helpful and he even unboxed it and plugged it in to show me that it was in excellent condition and never used! I'm a little concerned that this model came out in 2018 so I don't know how many years it has left but for the price, its still a good deal. I did not like how difficult it was to screw in the tiny screws into the little plastic feet in order to attach them to the bottom of the tv! Took me well over an hour just to screw the feet in!! ARGHHHH!!!

EXCELLENT image! True 1080P resolution on this 2 inch format is really stunning. reasonably good sound quality -but then one really doesn't want theatre level sound in a place where a 32 inch screen is adequate, Navigating the help system is a bit wonky, but doable, and the remote is a bit of a mystery, but eventually you can get where you want to be.

This set has a great picture. The colors are vibrant and make nature scenes feel like you could touch them. It's a nice size for a bedroom. With so much quarantining, you can still watch your favorite shows and keep up with the news while you are apart from your family.

I love Samsung TVs. I my opinion I feel that they have the best picture quality. I purchased a 32” smart tv for my son and it’s perfect. Easy set up and good price from Best Buy.

Quality picture - color and uniform brightness. Better than cheaper brands/alternatives. Easy setup and sufficient connections of various types gives you more than enough options. The stand is a bit less than ideal but I just purchased an aftermarket stand that adjusts. I would buy again.

This is not the first Samsung 32" tv I have purchased from Best Buy. It is a great size for a kitchen or bedroom. The picture is crisp, clear and the color is vibrant. The sound is good and you can customize it in the settings. It is a smart tv so you can access Netflix or any other subscription service you subscribe to. There are other smart apps also. I think it is a good value for a smart tv of this size and quality.

I bought this as an open-box item. I was told it was inspected fully for any issues. It's only being used in a spare room, so I didn't have a reason to overspend. Upon setup, however, it was still loaded with the previous owner's data and apps. Took me a while to get all that cleared off. As far as the TV works, it is really nice. I like that it's a SmartTV, so I can use Netflix and Hulu without needing a separate USB item attached. The color and clarity is great; really sharp, actually. I wish the TV had one more USB, as well as more options for adding output audio options. I do not Samsung's choice of default "free" TV stations, or the way it defaults to the same one each time I turn it on. But again, it is fine for my purposes. I would not buy this for my living room with these annoying settings. The sound from the TV speakers is clear. The settings menu and home menu are strange and take some getting used to. I still struggle with it a bit. I think it's too limiting and too limited. I can't comment on the stand, as I have hung mine. It's not heavy. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Replaced an older model non-Smart TV. The new one was easy to setup. The picture is better than the older tv. I have a learning curve regarding the Smart Capability. I used to have a Fire Stick. One issue is when I switch over to streaming apps then go back the sound level was on 18. Getting back on Cable we have to increase the level up to 54. I must be overlooking some process. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Upgraded from a 24 inch Dynex

I wanted a tv larger than an old (Discontinued) Dynex TV I got almost 10 years ago and it was beginning to fail on me on every aspect, the HDMI ports, Component, and Audio. Display got all scratched up as I grew up with it with kids so it definitely lived up well. This particular TV came to my attention, 1. Because it’s a SAMSUNG, they ARE NUMBER 1 in TV’s there’s no denying that 2. I wanted something large but not too large to fit my entertainment center shelf 3. It was time to upgrade, I wanted to have a better viewing experience and listening experience (to hook it up to my Sony Home Theater System vía Optical) 4. All the other TVs looked like they wouldn’t last as long Post-delivery: Hooked it up to my Cable, Xbox One, PS3, Wii...Absolutely beautiful, gorgeous colors, sharpness, sound (Optical of course although sound from the tv itself sounds decent). Oh yeah I skipped the “Smart” stuff so it’s just a regular “dumb” tv (I can’t believe “Smart TVs” took over)

I bought this as an open box return. I got a good price. I wanted this model as it had several "old-fashion" connections so that I could still use the old dvd/vcr as well as the hdmi connections. Picture and sound fine. I could see almost immediately why this was a return. The remote/tuner combination is terrible. Very slow to react or misses the command to change channels. Have to aim the remote carefully, push buttons hard and slowly (even with new batteries). Cannot change channels quickly. When the t.v. comes on, it starts up on one of the web channels, not an over the air channel that I had last watched. Only a nuisance really, but why does the t.v. want to start on channel 1008 or 4585 rather than the last used local channel. I had a Vizio several years back that behaved like this. That's why I switched to Samsung t.v.s. I definately question this purchase, unfortunately.

Having fire stick and Xfinity cable I originally only sought a dumb tv to replace my bedroom 28" when it was drafted to replace a computer monitor. However, the price of this 32" smartv was competitive with the dummies do I took the plunge. Although the TV's apps overlap with those on Xfinity and firestick, the backup/alternative access to them essentially for free makes this a winner.

Wanted to replace an older Sony 32" dumb TV. The Samsung is quite a bit lighter and a smaller footprint. It is also smart and has the Spectrum app. I found the TV to be very sluggish. There was a definite pause when selecting apps or even changing channels within the Spectrum app. The picture was washed out and not as good as the older Sony. The sound quality wasn't that good. I returned it.
