Perfect size and great quality television. The Samsung brand has an excellent reputation, and this one lives up to it!

I’m very happy with this TV - when it is working. Image quality, color and sound are impressive for what I use it for, a kitchen TV. The problem I have with this TV is that it occasionally locks up. It’s unresponsive to any remote control inputs and the only recourse is to unplug the set for several minutes. Afterwards, it works perfectly. This happens about once per week. I’ve also experienced occasional WiFi connectivity issues. These are resolved with a reset via the TV menu. I’d recommend for the price, if you can bear the occasional resets.

Gave this as a gift to an elderly Aunt & Uncle Their only complaint was the volume didn't go up high enough. Otherwise, they were happy.

We got the product we wanted, installed within our time frame, and there were no glitches. What more could you ask for?

I debated rating this TV a 4 or a 5. It has a very good picture for it's size. The sound could be improved, however.

Overall a good TV. The picture is fantastic. The audio is good but not great, but that seems to be the norm for many newer TVs. I will definitely add a sound bar.

Bought the Samsung 32" model, UN32N5300AFXZA from Best Buy July 28, 2019. The purchase at Best Buy went very well. This review was written 2 months later. Setup went smoothly, nice picture and decent sound -- when there was sound. Every so often when the set powered up, there was no sound. There was no reliable solution to restoring the sound other than to wait a day or two and it would magically come back - only to disappear again in a few days. No solution came from several phone calls with Samsung. Finally they sent two technicians to assess the problem. When the techs called their support hotline they were told that this was a known "software problem" and there was nothing they could offer me other than to live with the problem until Samsung issued a curative software update sometime in the indeterminate future. This was not acceptable to me -- it was a brand new TV -- so I asked to escalate my problem to the next level -- something they quaintly call 'Executive Customer Relations." The ECR representative didn't even bother to call me but sent a "get lost" email informing me that, "... it has been confirmed that the unit does not qualify for any accommodations." Apparently sound is not viewed as an essential feature for Samsung TVs. Unless you are a big fan of the Mime Channel, I cannot recommend any Samsung TV. This is my last Samsung purchase.

Excellent product. It was a gift for my granddaughter in college and she is very pleased with the quality and fearures.

Easy purchase in store. Brought it home, hooked it up & have enjoyed great tv ever since. Thanks Best Buy!

We bought this tv for the portability of moving from room to room. The remote takes some getting used to.
