The Samsung TV is a great value. The picture is very good and it has great sound quality. Love having the smart tv features.

The color is gorgeous. Entering passwords to various services is a pain, the control is very sensitive. It does not have voice control which would be nice for a smart tv

Sometimes you get what you pay and sometimes you actually get a good deal, This was a good deal from a quality brand. I've only had it a few months now, but it's been holding up great. Sound is great, and it's faster than the TCL I previously had for only 6 months before it started having picture quality issues. I don't believe that will be the case with this Samsung. Time will tell but so far so good.

The tv was an excellent choice due to its picture and size for an off the kitchen option and has elevated the life experience of my mother-in-law who spends a lot of time in our Florida room off the kitchen. The quality of the picture is excellent.

I'm happy with my new Samsung TV. The sound quality quite is good and the picture is sharp and clear. The response time, (after pressing buttons on the controller), is much quicker than my previous model. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a small affordable TV.

If you are in need of a small, smart tv, this Samsung 32" is a perfect choice. My husband wanted a small tv for when he was tinkering around in the garage. Because we have you tube tv, he can stream whatever he wants without needing cable or satellite connections. Our past tv purchases have been either Samsung or Sony. This little Samsung has an awesome picture & great color. We are so pleased with this purchase. Thank you Best Buy for your help in making this decision!

I bought this television to be used in a bedroom. The size of this television is perfect for the room. The picture is outstanding. Set-up was a snap.

Got this home and set it up for mom. She didn't even notice I'd switched out her TV. Haha! Crystal clear, and everything was in the box. I don't typically go for open box but excellent condition and nice price, I couldn't pass it up. Glad I didn't!

Delivered on day promised. Driver was courteous and professional. He rang the bell and placed the box securely in my foyer. I have had USPS deliveries where they just drop and run. I purchased this TV based on it's remote control. The newer models have remotes where you are unable to key a number to the station you want. You have to keep pressing channel key or have a few channels on a Favorite list.
