Nice bedroom television

My only complaint, which is my complaint with most electronic gadgets is the red power light. It disturbs my sleep so I simply unplug the unit at night. Other than that, the available apps are great and it doesn't take long to add apps either. The plug isn't bulky and fits nicely into the surge protector. The ports are accessible.

Great Picture

The picture is great. The first two are older models and I particularly like the old single stand compared to the two small stands that come on this model. The new stands don't seem to be as sturdy as the old stands. I am afraid that it will get knocked over with the slightest touch. I am also not fond of the automatic darkening of the picture feature. It sometimes makes the picture too dark to see well with a small amount of ambient light. I would love to be able to turn this feature off.

Sound quality out of tv speakers are adequate if you don’t want a sound bar. Switching between my tv subscription and streaming device is so easy! Love that new feature. (Update from previous Samsung tv purchase a few years ago)

I'm also glad it has an internet browsing capability, which means I can stream movies from other sources than just what comes with the Samsung features. Samsung does offer a number of free shows to view, as well. Overall, a very good value.
