The picture is good and the sound was good. For some reason the sound is going up on the TV by itself and the sound effects are weird at times. I have only had this TV since June.

Works great. For an elderly person using a phone to set up would be difficult. Wish I had purchased a bigger one.

I was wondering why at every Best Buy I went to I would see several open boxes of this TV , I believe it is because the sound is not really and people bought it back.

Beautiful picture for one week to the day! Went to turn it on today and no picture. Nothing when you can actually get the screen to turn on. I have always purchased Samsung TVs and this is the 6th one in my home. I’m hoping this gets rectified by Best Buy.
