It is the only 32" I could find with a 4K picture. On the downside, The software/operating system is problematic for me. It rarely connects to the WI-FI on power-up. It typically takes one or two retries to connect - there is nothing wrong with the WI-FI, all other devices are connected and working. Also, it requires you to sign up for a samsung account to access full functionality. I don't think I should be required to have an account just to watch TV.

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s Q60A TV and for sharing the issues you are experiencing with Wi-Fi connectivity. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes performance and stability updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
In order to download any apps in addition to the apps already pre-loaded on your TV, a Samsung Account is necessary to access the App Store. Other than adding more apps, your TV will function the same with or without a Samsung account.

After 3 weeks I am still not clear on how to use many of the functions. The set itself has problems. Some of the icons, HBOMax for example, do not work and it is necessary to employ a workaround going to apps each time and reestablishing membership. were it not for the fact that our 15 day return period is behind us we would return the set.

To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
