We greatly value the details you provided in your review regarding the sound quality of your new Q60A QLED TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound Lite which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers and Adaptive Sound which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.
You can select a sound mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize sound with Expert Settings. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually fine tune your image.

If the audio drop issue is happening when connected via HDMI, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.

The only problem is that it can be pretty slow when first starting up. It won't let you change channels or the volume level immediately, because it's lagging/trying warm up I guess.

Since I can't get PBS channels on it, I am not using it at all. I have done live chats with Samsung and try to follow what they suggest, but it becomes impossible because the options they suggest do not appear. Some of the problem is with the remote which doesn't have numbers on it. The picture is fine, but that is all. I would return it if the return period had not passed.

This set has impressive brightness and contrast and has a sharp picture that is far better than our old LCD TV. The sound is also acceptable for our room, but can distort if played too loud. My only complaint was it's a bit difficult to setup with pages of on-screen menus and questions to answer before the TV turns on for the first time!

If person now familiar with I phone and Aps setup would have been impossible. Setup would not work from remote. Once setup TV works excellent. Great picture and Smart features work well.
