Don't trust Open Box

The legs stick out further than the screen. Ours is on a shelf so it sits back about 3 inches. The volume has to be almost all the way up to hear the sound. My biggest complaint is with Best Buy. We bought an excellent Open Box, meaning it had all the components and materials. It didn't. There was no remote. I called to complain and was told they couldn't do anything about it. I could return the TV and get another one if I wasn't happy. Or I could buy a new remote at a Best Buy near me. Not happening. This is the last time I order from Best Buy.

Probably the best 32” option but…

This TV fits the bill but I hate the GUI (app interface). It’s cluttered with stuff you don’t want to see and too complicated to navigate. That being said, it works and once you wrap your brain around Samsung’s poor design, youll find at least the interface is responsive.

Network Connectivity Issues

Called Samsung initially and they took me through several troubleshooting steps and I ended up having to do a factory reset, which required me to re-install my apps and set them up again. Then two weeks later, started having the same problem. The TV is still under warranty, but Samsung wants me to detach it from my wall and take it to a repair center 40 miles from my house.

4K 32 in tv

Narrow viewing angle

But any deviation to the left or right, and the picture quickly 'washes out'. First time with a TitanOS. SLOW! Makes me appreciate how fast the Roku device is. Very much dislike that you cannot change many setting unless you create/use a Samsung account. And did I mention expensive? Expected more from this brand.
