    menu and remote are not intuitive as to navigation. Tech Support, if you need it, can sometimes be quick to pass you off to JustAnswer.com, who I will not deal with. Good tv once you figure out how to get where you want it to go.

    The TV is "OK" I do not like that are no controls on the TV itself - all control relies on the remote, which is easily misplaced. Cannot turn on/off tv or control volume without using remote. Also, dont care for the 'smart' features. They are obtrusive when all I want to do is simply turn on tv and watch a particular channel. Instead must use remote to navigate elaborate 'smart' features to finally get to watching a particular channel. TV is far too "smart" for its own good. Picture quality is fine. Sound is just ok.

    We returned this item and got the same model but a 43" screen. Assuming the quality is the same, the picture is not as good as I would expect from a full 4K TV. Our 15 year old Sony Bravia had a better picture and it was only 1080. Also, you need a sound bar with this model or have to turn the volume way up in order to really hear it.

    Great TV expect for the fact that I do not yet understand how to use it. I am a senior citizen and not familiar with the latest and greatest smart TV. This is my first Samsung. I have been using Sony Bravia for many years. I recently purchased a 48” Sony that works great and I understand how to use the remotes. Go figure.

    Oled is expensive compared to other LED variants but is definately worth the price of admission. If my math is right it is also lighter to mount, thinner, and less expensive on electrical costs of operation. Fantastic video quality and refresh rate don't disappoint.
