    Narrow viewing angle

    Looks nice if you are standing directly in front of it. But any deviation to the left or right, and the picture quickly 'washes out'. First time with a TitanOS. SLOW! Makes me appreciate how fast the Roku device is. Very much dislike that you cannot change many setting unless you create/use a Samsung account. And did I mention expensive? Expected more from this brand.

    The ecosystem of this tv is great. I use it as a GYM TV, and i can connect it to the Peloton app and have music at the same time.

    Open BOX Buyers Be aware!

    I never tested the TV so this review is based on the open box item I bought and my experience. I would not buy an open box item again. I ordered an "Excellent" condition unit and had it shipped to my home. It came in with half the packing foam missing, ripped open and missing the remote. No way the TV was put through all kinds of shock while being shipped. The TV was upside down on the concreate. The kicker is I went back to the store the next day where I returned it and they re-boxed it with the correct foam, replaced the remote and put it on the floor for resale! Supposedly it went through there testing and it was fine. Would you want this? When I walked in originally, the two greaters at the door were like what happened? I said this is how it came in! They were shocked as well.

    Bought the tv for gaming at work. Really good tv but other options that are just as good at a lower price point. But still a really good tv

    I bought this for my Mother, to replace one that was no longer meeting her needs. At 89, she has a hard time adapting to new technology, but is finding the Samsung exactly to her needs.

    I am writing this review not for a Best Buy product but for their delivery service, which was handled by Roadie. I had a highly disappointing experience today with the delivery of a 32” TV. Since I work from home, I always keep my phone nearby when expecting a delivery to ensure I don’t miss any calls or messages. At 11:05 AM, I received a notification that my package had been delivered. By 11:06 AM, I was already outside searching for it. When I couldn’t find the package, I immediately called the delivery driver, Altania B., who insisted she had delivered it to the correct address. However, after reviewing the proof she claimed to have, it was clear that she had left it at the wrong location (the building next to mine where I looked but the package has already vanished). Despite this, she refused to acknowledge the mistake. When I asked her how long she had been at the drop-off location, she said “less than three minutes.” I then requested that she return and show me where she had placed the package, but she refused and abruptly ended the call. Shortly after, she sent an unprofessional and accusatory message, claiming I was lying and attempting to take advantage of the situation. Her message read: “You watched me call you didn’t pick up then soon i drove off you called everything is tracked by the way can’t make false reports when it’s pics showing and gps and video showing your package was drop you guys have to stop finding anyway to try to get a quick come up you have you a bless day and I will pray for you.” This response was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. My apartment faces the back of the building, meaning I have no way of seeing deliveries made to the front. The way I was treated was deeply upsetting—I have never stolen anything in my life, and being accused in this manner left me shaken. To make matters worse, when I contacted Best Buy’s customer service, they informed me that they could not replace my order because the item was no longer available. After being a loyal Best Buy customer for years, this experience has made me lose all trust in their delivery service. Moving forward, I will not be using Best Buy’s delivery options, especially those handled by Roadie. I strongly urge Best Buy to provide better training to their delivery drivers to prevent situations like this from happening again.

    Good contrast deep blacks nice tv. It turns on and off. The volume goes up and down. It has its own tv stand.

    Not Terrible, just dont buy from Best Buy

    The tv has below average picture for a 4k display. The amount of glare makes it nearly impossible to view in well light areas. Its is cheap though so i get all that. The worst part is that i bought the screen and had to leave town for work right after, by the time I had a chance to use it and find out i did not like it, my 15 day return window that best buy offers had ended. A 15 day return window is ridiculous so i would highly recommend buying elsewhere.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

      While light conditions of each room environment are different, for optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

      Anti-Glare designed to minimize ambient light reflection is featured on our QN90D series and higher.
