    Not Terrible, just dont buy from Best Buy

    The tv has below average picture for a 4k display. The amount of glare makes it nearly impossible to view in well light areas. Its is cheap though so i get all that. The worst part is that i bought the screen and had to leave town for work right after, by the time I had a chance to use it and find out i did not like it, my 15 day return window that best buy offers had ended. A 15 day return window is ridiculous so i would highly recommend buying elsewhere.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

      While light conditions of each room environment are different, for optimal glare control, we recommend positioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.

      Anti-Glare designed to minimize ambient light reflection is featured on our QN90D series and higher.

    No Spectrum App

    I would give 5 starts but the Spectrum app is no longer available and that is why I have stuck with Samsung TVs. I had to purchase a streaming device to get this. Looking into this, it is a known issue.

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV!! Lagging and overall experience subpar for price. Tv overheats the operating system can even get through its own setting without freezing took it back after 2 hours of use. Like watching shows or movies well framerate drops/picture quality drops throughout anything you watch looks like your watching a potato when theres complex scenes

    The TV was missing both the power cord and remote. while it was a scratch and dent item, it was clearly sealed with tape stating, "Inspected by Best Buy". How can item missing critical operating items pass inspection? How could it be determined that the TV even worked without a power cord? The only positive part of this transaction is that it was easy to return at my local BestBuy

    The tv is great. But setup was painful. captions were very hard to get right. Samsung support was very very good. But being on the phone for 2 hours was painful. Now everything is good.

    Opened before but sold as new

    I bought the Samsung 32" Q60D QLED TV as new. When I opened the box, it was obvious that it had been opened - the insturctions were taped onto the package and the screws for the feet were missing. Check before you leave the store! The TV itself is great.
