Hard to install. Picture quality very good! I ended up having a computer tech come and install. What sold me on being a Best Total Care Member was when you bought a big screen the installation and wall mount was included. It now seems I am getting less bang for my buck.

arrived in great condition for an openbox product. It is now mounted on the wall and works as expected. Sound quality is also fairly good for how thin these need to be - it gets loud enough for kitchen use.

Don’t get open box. But brand new out of the box. It is great tv for dining room. Grab a Roku for free backdrops

Great look and easy to install. It sits flush and with the frame parts looks great as art.

We just finished a kitchen remodel and wanted a television. Our designer recommended this frame TV and although I've had several Samsung TVs over the years, I was unfamiliar with the frame TV. We bought and installed it and it's a breeze to use and excellent to watch. We subscribed to the service to have a multitude of images, paintings, all kinds of art, when we are not watching television so we can enjoy it whether it's off or on. The smart TV function works perfectly and the remote is easy to use. It is a real conversation piece and a wonderful television.

I wish it would have come with a LAN port. Disappointed about that. A little pricey for what it is.

TV works as expected and is good picture quality for someone that does not know everything about TVs. The only frustration I have is with the art subscription. I thought I had paid a one time fee for unlimited access, that or the subscription was cheap, but it just renewed and feels like a rip off now. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure things changed which is frustrating.

We were looking to upgrade a tv set that was in a tight area between a closet and a bathroom door in the bedroom. This set was not only the perfect size but the picture is awesome.

The display is really nice though. I'm disappointed that this model does not come with the free limited gallery though. Overall, this 32" is not as good as the same year 65" that I have in my living room but still better than many displays I've owned.

This TV is perfect for my office. It has a beautiful picture with realistic colors when it is turned on and is a beautiful picture when turned off. It adds an artisic flare to my room. I am looking to install another in our RV. Love it.

Its The Frame! I have had several of these tvs and they never disapoint! Plan on having a sound bar though. Flat tvs are made for picture not sound.

Great low profile TV. Art feature works amazing. This is my 5th frame tv . Just always think about where to hide the one connect on wall mouts it can be tricky.
