So our delivery was great, the guy was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. This fridge is beautiful. We chose the matte black option. It is extremely huge on the inside. The cubbys in the doors are amazing, they fit so much more than our old fridge. There are even tiny cubbys on the bottom that fit tiny items like lemon juice among other items. The only complaint I have is I would have liked to be able to have more options on cubby levels in the door. I really love that it literally makes no noise at all. It makes two different kinds of ice. Was super simple to connect to my samsung smart things. I can see everything about the fridge through the app and control it by the app. I can also control it by the fridge itself, however having the ability and knowledge on hand is very useful. Would recommend!

I purchased this for my employees who use the company cafeteria. I needed a large refrigerator to store food and drinks for about 30 employees. This was one of the largest refrigerators sold at Best Buy with a total capacity of 31.5 cubic feet. Pros 1. It is a very large refrigerator measuring 70" X 35 3/4" X 68 7/8", which allows you to store a lot of food and drinks. In particular, the refrigerator and freezer are designed on top and bottom, which provides convenience to employees who use the refrigerator a lot. 2. The stylish design consisting of a silver body and LED lights goes very well with the cafeteria. The handle is also designed vertically, which makes it very convenient to use as well as the appearance. 3. The refrigerator inner space is well separated, so it is very well organized to store food and drinks. It is convenient to store food according to the shape of various containers, and the storage space is also large. 4. The price is very reasonable compared to the size and performance of the refrigerator. It can be purchased for about $1600 including the product, delivery, and installation. 5. I was particularly impressed by Best Buy's service. The refrigerator was too big when it was delivered, so it was very difficult to put it into the cafeteria, but the delivery guys helped me a lot by disassembling the refrigerator door and allowing it to enter the cafeteria. Even after installation, the customer center contacted me to check on satisfaction with the product and any inconveniences during delivery. When purchasing a refrigerator in the future I would definitely use Best Buy and would strongly recommend this product and Best Buy to people around me.

Delivery and setup was perfect. The delivery men were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took an hour or less. The refrigerator is fantastic! I have honestly never enjoyed a refrigerator as much as this Samsung 32 cubic foot beauty. It took me a bit to get it hooked up to WiFi and registered on the app, but it’s so easy to adjust the temps and turn the ice makers off and on individually. The double French doors are new to me and so is the bottom pull out freezer with the two separate racks. You can see everything in the refrigerator with both doors open. And it’s easy to access the ice and everything in the freezer. I highly recommend Best Buy and really appreciate how they kept in touch as I waited for delivery. I will definitely do business there again. My experience was with the one at the D’iberville location. Also, I’ve never taken a selfie with a refrigerator!

I choose this refrigerator black because Im buying all my appliances black since Im going for a Farm House theme and just think the black will go good with white, black and wood. Live the fridge its very spacious and love that it has ice maker thats a big plus

Love this refrigerator. It is a beautiful and spacious option to my old side by side refrigerator that I had to move items around to fit before I could put in even small items. It has so much room inside and my food is fresher longer. It doesn't freeze what is on the top shelf or at the back of the shelf. I can see everything that is in the refrigerator at a glance without moving anything. I had quit buying any milk because of the side by side not keeping it fresh. This refrigerator kept all my milk and other things fresh beyond the expiration date.

I am truly happy with this purchase. It was exactly what I wanted, from the French doors, to the space, this is a purchase I have thoroughly enjoyed.

I like that house a lot of space on the doors and to put also on my freezer I like how the shelves you could push back one and release it by putting taller items is very flexible. Absolutely love this refrigerator. The amount of space has been Absolutely wonderful. We replaced our fridge of 10 years with a Samsung fridge and I absolutely love it. No more tiny freezer. It's very spacious and it's easy to organize your groceries.

Very spacious compared to our last samsung fridge. Went from 28cuft to this 32. Our last fridge would always be full and now we're having a hard time filling this one up.

Not enough kids at first to load that big sucker in my truck. It rolled off the cart and upon setting it up at home, it had a sharp dent in the door. And they had zero personalities when interacting with me, except the young black man (didn't get his name. It was cold and their coats covered the name tags) in the group. He was a pleasure to work with.
