Product Good Delivery Bad

However, delivery was not such a good experience. The first refrigerator was not delivered because it was dented in the compressor area. It never made it to my house. The second refrigerator was delivered 7 days later. We found out that the Sales person charged us for Delivery of the new and Disposal of the old but not Installation of the new. My wife had to pay $30 to the delivery guys for Installation. In addition when the unit was brought into the house one of the Crisper Drawers fell out and cracked. That prompted the delivery team to place another order for replacement parts. The ordeal ended approximately a month and a half after the purchase.

Not happy

The freezer door wouldn't stay shut and the left top door was also not working properly. The delivery guys were in a guys were in a hurry to get done. Then it took a week to get someone out to look at it to find out it not fixable and then had to wait another week to get the new one delivered. Very frustrating when your spending 2,000.00 on a new fridge
