The alarm sounds when a door isn't closed properly. The shelving design offers provides more storage than expected. Looks great and works great so far.

It fits into the space I have and leaves room for complete door opening so the inside spaces including removal of the crispers can be easily cleaned. I love the fingerprint resistant finish. The lines are neat and clean looking. This is the first time I've had a bottom freezer and I really like that for the ease in finding my frozen items.

Makes ice quickly, keeps everything cold. Love how spacious it is and the freezer sections keeps everything super organized. Would recommend to anyone! Haven't had any problems with it not having handles either. I tend to open it from the bottom and my partner opens it from the top.

After explaining SEVERAL times and have them verify it was gouging an RV !! Upon delivery I was informed they could not install the unit and I have NO WARRANTY!!! Upon return store twice and talking to managers , I was refunded my extended warranty and installation fees !!! But I now have a fridge with ZERO WARRANTY!!! I paid full price for a fridge without the SAMSUNG 1/10 year warranty!! When I asked for compensation they refused!!! This is exact fridge that came in my RV new !!! Built into wall opening!!! No warranties are free !! It’s built into the price !!! Best Buy charged me $250 for a 3 year extension!! ( which they refunded ) but offers no compensation for a fridge with Zero warranty that I paid full price for !!! Only informing me after it was delivered!!!!! Rated a 1 star only because 0 is not an option!!!

Everything is good but no handle

Goving 4 stars though becuse it scratched very easy and dented. Noticed lots of scratches and a few small dents 2 werks after purchase. Also one of the plastics to the door crecked as well. Love the storage space! Nice and cold!

My only issue is the ice maker, ig takes forever to make ice, and if its full opening and closing the freezer makes ice spill into all the other compartments

It’s not large so if you got kids get a bigger one. Look great. Black stainless and no handles gives it a very clean look and they make a matching dishwasher and microwave for it. Value was a steal when I bought it, but when it went on sale again fro 150 off what I paid, even better.

I will only buy from Best Buy going forward for large appliances this is how the experience used to be when companies took care of the customer. Highly recommend if you are in the fence or not sure where to purchase large expensive products from, Best Buy has been amazing every time we buy something. They make it easy and stand behind what they sell!

Stays a constant temperature inside. Internal ice tray is nice, I prefer it over a dispenser as those break. No problems with this unit at all. Freezer space is on the more limited side but fridge capacity is really high.

Plenty of shelf area. We have a seperate frezer, so the smaller freezer drawer is not an issue. Works as it should. Never going back to a top freezer or side by side refrigerator.

I needed a refrigerator smaller than the now-typical 36” width. This one fits the space just right. The ice tray is a little larger than I need (I’d prefer the extra freezer space), but this is a minor issue. Holds the temperature perfectly.

Going with Samsung was probably the best decision and my old refrigerator was a Kenmore. Which had all kinds of issues. Love this refrigerator, perfect size for my apartment and looks nice
