Periodically i turn off the ice maker with my phone because it wont stop making ice even when its full. Small inconsequential thing. Other than that its pretty good

Not quite as spacious as i wanted. Inside there is a curve in the middle of the fridge that takes up space

I like having more space on the top with the french doors. I can put a 9 x 12 baker in it without issue. I bought a stand alone freezer to make up for loss freezer space.

I’m loving this refrigerator for our RV, the only thing I’m not completely happy with is the shelf space for the larger items you purchase. The only space is in the doors.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Best Buy online purchase (August 2025). The item I ordered was on sale, and with the promotion plus the 15% new credit card discount, my total should have been around $828. Instead, I just received a statement for $907.09. When I called customer service to resolve this, I was transferred between multiple departments and kept on hold for over an hour. No one could give me a clear answer or take responsibility for fixing the issue. The whole experience was frustrating, stressful, and a huge waste of time. I trusted Best Buy to honor the advertised pricing and promotions, but this has been nothing but a headache. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll have to think twice before shopping here again.

Fits nicely in built in cabinets. Love that there are no door handles. Open from top. Smaller space inside than larger fridges, but plenty of room for a small family.

Accepted the fridge temporarily 9/12 due to a long dent down the right side. Replacement delivered 9/19 in excellent condition.

So far so good!! I was a little apprehensive about buying a french door fridge, but I had a tight space which would only accommodate certain dimensions and this one fit the bill. I am so glad it id. I love it. The bottom freezer is roomier than I thought it would be. It would be a little easier to organize if they had dividers, but it works fine with the 2 drawers. There is not a lot of space between shelves so tall bottles will only fit in the door shelves. It's not a problem for just the two of us in my home, but may be a problem for a large family.
