It died June 13, 2021. Samsung's repair contractor has made me wait all day three times in a row and not shown up. They have claimed I made appointments I never made, denied I appointments I did make, and claimed I had appointments they never notified me of. They even notified me of an appointment ONE HOUR AFTER the appointment time had passed. Oh, it is pretty and quiet when it ran. I loved the LED lighting. And the fingerprint resistant finish. But, now I just hate it.

Samsung repair service worst ever. Finally returned it, after weeks of spoiled food and no communication between Samsung and local service "provider" who didn't show up for service appointment.

Once you have figured out the "modes" that interfere with operation, be sure to download the app so you are informed that the door doesn't close on its own like all other refrigerators.

When the doors of your refrigerator do not close automatically, the fridge isn't level. If the front of the refrigerator is tilted forward, the doors won't stay closed. I have shared a Samsung link below that will help address your concern with the refrigerator.
