    The first fridge was defective and Best Buy did replace it, but the new one intermittently fails, too.

    No, meat/cheese drawer. I had to spend hours getting the shrink wrap off of the outside and inside the refrigerator before I was able to use it.

    Not your typical fridge

    The worst fridge! Three months after purchase the fridge and freezer went completely out. Repairs would take a week and you only can control temperature settings via phone only. Not your typical fridge.

    Purchased refrigerator (open box) labeled “like new”, Plugged in for 24 hours, fridge and freezer never got cold. Read all negative reviews before purchasing.

    Love the color, shelves do not adjust. For a small family. Not very well made. However, getting a refrigerator 33" counter depth, obviously makes it small

    Freezer died 9 days after the one-year warranty

    Simply do not buy this refrigerator. The freezer stopped working 9 days after my warranty expired. The repair guy said that Samsung units have compressor, and two evaporators. And it’s common for one evaporator to die. I got two quotes one for $600 from Samsung and the other for $800 from an independent contractor. I decided not to repair the $1500 refrigerator because I never liked it anyway, and the independent contractor said it would probably die again in a year or two. And if Best Buy wants further detail before posting this review, feel free to contact me.

    This is the replacement for the first one (same model). First one was making a lot of noise. This one, the freezer drawer isn’t closing properly to make a seal so ice & frost is building up. There doesn’t seem to be any adjustments for this model for the freezer.

    Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Best Buy.

    Fridge works ok, arrived dented up. Multiple dents in both top doors and the packaging was ripped in a few spots due to mishandling. No help from the local Best Buy store nor customer service on the phone. I was blamed for the damage since I hauled the fridge myself. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

    Purchased the refrigerator and came home to everything melted in the freezer. Not able to get support from anyone at bestbuy to help. The automated operator keeps telling me I have an appt but I never scheduled anything and it repeats the same message each day I call.

    Just as other low star reviews have reported, the fridge stops working within a few months of unboxing brand new...I did not have the fridge over filled, not even close. It just doesnt work anymore...how can a model witb such a fatal flaw be released to the public? Really Samsung? Do you enjoy dealing with full blowouts on appliances that are mere weeks old? Waste of your customers time and money, as well as yours. This model should be pulled from sale, DO NOT PURCHASE

    Gave 1 star because the fridge stop cooling aftera week of use. Bestbuy replaced last week. Hopefully it will not do the same ( not working after 1 week). Overall the fridge is not bad when it works
