    Item delivered by Best Buy on 6/7/2021. Trouble with cooling problems since first week. Reported to Samsung that unit not cooling. Took 4 weeks for technician for show up. Technician not able to resolve. Now have to wait another week for another technician appointment. Have owned this unit for over 2 months and has not run properly. DO NOT PURCHASE. REQUESTED FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FROM SAMSUNG WHO HAS YET TO AGREE. WILL PURSUE LEGAL REMEDIES IF NECESSARY VIA MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.

    Fingerprints all over the door.. door on the right hard to open without opening both doors. It also broke down after a month. It stopped cooling.

    Fridge stopped working after 2 weeks

    The fridge broke after 2 weeks. The compressor just stopped. Best buy directed me to Samsung whose brilliant idea was to unplug the fridge and see if it works after plugging it back in. We'll that worked and 2 weeks later it happened again. First, samsung said it would replace it if that happened again but now they're spending it a 3rd party tech. I have tons of samsung products but this is the last appliance I'll ever buy from again.

    Came home from out of town and all the food was warm/spoiled. What's worse, the internal reading and the "SmartThings" app were both reading different temperatures. (the app is garbage). My local repair service will not service samsung appliances. I may be without a fridge for a couple weeks waiting for samsung support to get back to me.

    I purchase this fridge last month and I already called twice to get it fix, it doesn’t work, most of the time it won’t cool at all. Really disappointed.

    Don’t buy whatever you do. First one lasted 13 months. First the freezer went then the whole fridge. Lost $600 in food. Finally got a replacement- was happy to finally have groceries for the first time in 1.5 months- replacement broke within 1 week. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of stress, money in take out, unhealthy food this fridge has put on my family. I feel dumb for replacing w the same model.

    I purchased this fridge had to wait two weeks to get it delivered so I waited and the night before I checked the status and had to reschedule and had to wait two extra weeks it was a bit upsetting since it was a gift for my mom. Overall it’s okay

    This fridge is clearly haunted. It keeps beeping at me if it gets left open for too long. It wants to plan my meals. It sends me notices through my phone. It tells me to perform unspeakable evils. Other than that, solid fridge. the freezer is a little small, but it's not too bad.
