Fridge review

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Samsung fridge from Best Buy in Lewisville (Dallas, TX) less than a year ago, and I'm extremely frustrated. With the warranty set to expire on November 22nd, I've already had three visits from Samsung technicians to address an ongoing issue with the freezer. The freezer unexpectedly defrosts, then freezes food again, causing a real headache. Despite multiple calls to Samsung Customer Support and their attempts to resolve the problem (during the last visit, the technician replaced the motherboard and the heat sensor) the issue persists. Just yesterday, I had to call again to schedule a fourth service visit. I genuinely hope Samsung will replace my fridge before the warranty expires. I’m not asking for compensation or an upgrade; I just expect a reliable fridge that lasts at least three years. Given this terrible experience, I cannot recommend this fridge or any Samsung fridge to anyone.
