It works, but very disappointing after an old iMac. I had to get a Mac Studio and did not want to spend $1600 for an apple monitor. I thought since this was 9 years newer, it would be at least as good as the old iMac screen. I was very wrong. Colors are fine, but resolution is no where as good.

This smart monitor is incredible! It was very easy to assemble. The picture quality is sharp, and the colors are vibrant. The sound is fantastic as well. Some of the negative reviews had me concerned, but luckily mine came in perfect condition with no dead pixels or any other flaws. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

This is by far the best monitor you can buy if you’re looking for a monitor that can also double as a smart TV. I was coming from an Apple monitor, which is also great, but nowhere as versatile as this one is. I love it so much I gave my other Apple monitor to my GF. Funny part is, she thinks she got thr better end of the deal.

After 18 months the monitor just stopped working one morning. Can't tell if it's the monitor, power supply or remote control. Samsung tells me after 12 months it is out of warranty and Best Buy says I needed to have purchased a protection package to get support / replacement. Super frustrating to spend $600 and have it stop working after 18 months.

Image looks great, but in order to adjust brightness or volume, you have to use a remote control that you can lose! I want to adjust brightness and volume through the computer or through buttons, like on literally every other computer monitor out there. This is a TV, not a computer monitor. Also it wobbles on the stand.

We got this monitor since we had seen it all over saying how great it was. But paying $700+ for a poor resolution screen is just not worth it. Then about two days later the screen started to lag when displaying my laptop to it. It’s very nice to look at but that is about it. The screen quality looka washed our with the brightness ans just displays like a cheap monitor. I played with the setting but nothing helped. Just skip this unless you want to look at a nice screen.

Excellent product. No problems whatsoever. Works really well with Mac mini M1. Display is excellent. Sure, not as great as a studio but the price justifies the product.

I came across this product on YouTube and absolutely fell in love with it. I decided to get one and it’s amazing. Sometimes, I don’t know if I want to watch tv on the smart monitor it self or on my pc.

When you can’t afford an apple display mount mostly because it’s way overpriced this is the best choice it has a built-in TV what more can you ask for

This is a great 4K monitor with additional tv features. This item is great and I am glad that I chose this one compared to other monitors in the $500 range.

The Samsung 32" M80B UHD Monitor with Streaming TV is a winner! The product provides an excellent image and a comprehensive suite of streaming options. Even with the slim profile the sound quality is quite good but is understandably weak on bass. However this can be addressed via the display's support for Bluetooth speakers. The display also offers support for both HDMI and USB-C connectivity! Physical setup of the unit was easy although I did struggle a bit getting the base assembled due to some misalignment with the screw that secures the base's horizontal and vertical elements. The packaging is first rate and the main screen is well protected via formed styrofoam with cutouts that house all of the loose elements such as the power supply, stand, cables, manuals and the remote control. The power brick is somewhat large but provides generous cable length. Setup was straight forward although it did take some time to get all of the configuration completed. I initially chose to do the "simple" approach which involved using the Samsung app on my mobile device driven by QR codes displayed on the screen at each step. For the most part that proceeded smoothly but failed at the last step of the process and I was instructed to go back and use the remote control instead to complete the process. Interestingly, when I did that the display picked up from where the process had failed so I did not have to completely repeat all of the steps. Once setup the display is a gem! The UHD picture quality is very good, the remote is minimal but has dedicated buttons for most functions (no number pad) and for four popular streaming providers and is rechargeable. The interface itself is quite responsive making the overall use of the product smooth and pleasant. By the way - make sure that you download the User Guide from Samsung's website. It is very well arranged and comprehensive. It will save you a TON of time setting up, troubleshooting and using the unit. This display exceeded my expectations and I am still discovering new features. I highly recommend it!

First monitor had a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. Customer service was great and sent a replacement. BUT the replacement has multiple dead pixels on arrival. Dead pixels should happen over time. Not immediately out of the box on arrival, and certainly not twice. Searched the internet and this seems to be a common issue with this new monitor. It's a beautiful monitor. Just a shame the quality control isn't up to what you'd expect for $700.

Excellent monitor. Well built and comes with a lot of features. I highly recommend it especially if you also have a Samsung TV

amazing monitor with streaming capabilities. Monitor is used for home office use when needed and television time when not in use.

Bought this item mainly to use as a monitor, but I now use it more as a TV and it’s perfect

I like the big 4k screen for work but since this is also a TV monitor, there is no option to completely disable the TV. It seems Samsung built this monitor TV first because the changing the volume requires using the remote. And the setting options most are for TV. I am returning this monitor..it's not for work.

A quality monitor. No manual, and plenty of questions. You need to have the APP. Good price.

Love love it!!! Fhe only sad thing is that my cpu wouldn’t support it because it is a smart monitor

I am a Samsung loyalist so adding this as a 3rd montior/tv in my office gave me more than I was expecting
