    Monitor is great. 1 star because I bought as a new product and when I got home I realized the box had been opened. All cords were out of original packaging. Fingerprints were all over the monitor screen. The stand had 2 screws left in it which means it has previously been used. Bad on Best Buy’s part.. do better.

    I had high hopes for this monitor but was disappointed in the image quality. After several attempts, over a span of five days, to adjust the display, I realized my MSI 2K @ 144hz looks better than this monitor and cost me about $900 less. I was surprised, because all of the reviews I saw and read for this monitor spoke very highly of it. Problems I noticed. - Dim display even with brightness turned all the way up and fully calibrated. - Fonts have a fuzzy appearance. - There is a dim dark border around the edges of the display. - the monitor curve is too much, and it causes distortion in the middle of the screen. - Streaming, and even downloaded videos had poor image quality. - overall image quality is poor and there is a fuzzy look to everything on the screen even while gaming. The problems I experienced with this monitor might not bother some, but at $1400 a 4k monitor should look and perform better than what this product delivers. I will be returning this purchase.

    This is a weird review. On one hand you FINALLY get a monitor with FALD allowing for decent HDR, but Samsung decided make it dim for some reason. Buyer beware the certification it boasts about is only Samsung's in-house cert., not the VESA Standard. Why would Samsung stoop this low is beyond me. The other thing is the refresh rate. 240hz sounds great but it is going to be years before we get video cards that can do this efficiently. I knew this going in and my plan was to turn it down to something a bit more reasonable, 165 or something. Nope. Again Samsung pulled the rug out for no reason. The screen is ONLY capable of either 120hz or 240hz and NOTHING else. For @1300 US this is ridiculous. In conclusion, save your money. This is probably the last Samsung product I ever buy, or consequently return. They know better, shame on them,

    Avoid open boxes

    Bought an excellent open box monitor. It came missing the stand! Bestbuys option? Buy the part myself or return it. They did give me the option to pay the difference for a new one! Feels like a car dealers bait and switch tactics.

    Terrible service ! Ordered on August 8 2024 for tomorrow delivery but waited over 2 weeks did not received order. So call customer service to canceled the order until October did not receive money back. Still get charged in credit card account. Calling them on beginning October to refund money but until now November did not receive any refund yet.

    Even being an Open Box Buy i was very please with the quality and QC of this monitor. I would definetly buy an open box item again. Now as for the monitor it jas been a dream this thing is by far the best monitor ive ever owned. The visuals are amazing and performance, i didnt experience any problems like others were experiencing. Still playing games at 4k res using 3080ti now its time for the 4090 gpu.

    Regret...issues with tearing.

    I've owned for almost 2 months. Having issues with the screen tearing on top 3rd and bottom 3rd on fast moving situations. Keeping the same system settings and using another monitor issues go away (Predator XB273U). My main reason for this monitor is using for a flight simulator (DCS). Samsung customer support has been challenging. Fortunately, I'm a total protection member and I'm going to see how this all shakes out. If it's my choice I'm looking another direction.

    Screen died within 6 months of usage. The image was great when using 4k while gaming but otherwise scan lines were very distracting on normal usage or below 4k.

    arrived with a dead pixel. then got the best customer service as the guy tried to find the dead pixel on a black screen.

    Best and worst monitor ever

    Great looking monitor but Quality control from Samsung fails again. For the price this has got to be the best and worst monitor in existence. If you get lucky and end up with a perfect monitor with 0 issues it's amazing but there are so so so many issues with like 90% of these monitors and Samsungs QC, scanlines everywhere, flickering, terrible viewing angles, with on occasion just decide to stop working altogether.

    Poor Bestbuy Support/Good Monitor

    Monitor did not come with screws, had to buy screws seperatly on a monitor that cost $1000. Bestbuy support said the monitor does not come with screws. What kind or monitor that cost 1000$ doesn't come with screws? The monitor itself is nice and crisp but you have to play with the colors to get it how you want it.

    Best buy fail

    Bought on sale 500 off. Got a defective unit. Returned to store. Store would not exchange for a new unit. They said i had to buy a new one. Sale was over. BB would not give me sale price as sale was over. Bought on friday returned monday. Horrible experience with Best buy.
