This monitor had a chance to excel, but the scanlines when the monitor is operating at 240hz is unacceptable for a monitor of this caliber and price. My suggestion is to find the Neo G7 32", which operates at 165hz and is essentially the same panel (slightly different coating) but does NOT have the same scanline related issue as the more premium G8. My other recommendation, at this point, is to invest in one of the new third gen QD-OLED panels that operate at 240hz. Not quite as bright as the Mini-LED, but no aggressive curve and exceptional picture quality at the same or cheaper price than the Neo G8. Last complaint? Best Buy only carries the Alienware (curved 32" QD-OLED) currently because these monitors are in extremely high demand. Check out the Asus, MSI and Gigabyte options out there, incredible panels.

Amazing picture quality hooked up to my PS5, the white and blacks look jaw dropping gorgeous. Monitor is beefy and the weight and built quality is top notch.

Almost a great product the light on back is barely visible sucks because it was a huge selling point for me because there are countless monitors that have same or near specs for more than half the price I don’t hate the matte finish but a glass finish would’ve been great for a monitor with this price tag. The stand pushes the monitor closer to you because of the design there is a plastic back to cover wire management not sure if I love or hate it because it’s annoying whenever I wanna add or remove wires. It’s hard to say this monitor is great for this price considering all the other options

Excellent monitor. The colors are bright and the 4K clarity is amazing. I use this monitor for work and for gaming on PS5 which allows 4K 120hz.

Awesome monitor love the way the curved screen hugs your eyes. Love the added Rgb lights that you can change. I was really hype about the look overall and it was easy to assemble and get it turned on.

The quality and color are amazing and high refresh rate

The Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 has been an absolute game-changer for me. The 32-inch 4K display with a 240Hz refresh rate makes everything look incredibly sharp and smooth, whether I’m gaming or just browsing. The Quantum Mini LED tech really makes a difference—the colors pop, the blacks are deep, and the contrast is just on another level. The 1ms response time keeps things super responsive, and the 1000R curve makes gaming way more immersive than a flat screen. It’s not cheap, but if you want top-tier visuals and performance, the Neo G8 is worth it.

Have had this monitor for quite a few years now and it’s so gorgeous. HDR is where this monitor really shines and holy it can get so bright. Brighter than I’ll ever use it for. Also Curved monitors just immerse you in a way I can’t explain. Also, you can’t beat 4k 240hz. Especially since this monitor was one of the first to do it

10/10 gaming monitor in my book. 4k, 240hz (YES 240!), along with deep black levels almost as good as my tv, but not quite at the OLED level (but honestly pretty close!). HDR is finally a 'good' thing on PC, and I leave HDR on at all times. My only minor complaint is the base/stand is a bit deep, but i ended up using a mount anyway. Purchased at around 900 USD

This thing is a powerhouse with incredible colors. Wanted to upgrade my 27 inch 4k 120hz monitor and ended up grabbing this one. I will say I had to get two because the first one had a small imperfection with one of the pixels but I didn’t hesitate to get another as I absolutely love the colors and picture on this thing! Definitely recommend

nails every technical detail only fault being a little wobbly as the base that comes with the monitor doesn’t support the weight efficiently.

Has great hdr and 4k makes stuff pop. I even like the curve. Pretty but expensive. Gaming performance is expensive in general though.

This is a mid-sized 4k monitor with a decent picture for a non-OLED monitor. It works fine for productivity and WFH. Its major flaw is that if it loses signal, the power saving feature kicks in after a mere three seconds, and there is no way to change this or (even better) to disable it entirely. Until this is fixed, if it is ever fixed, a monitor that turns itself off so quickly after losing signal isn't deserving of five stars.

The monitor is great, crisp clear image, GREAT colors, a massive upgrade from an average monitor. Paired with a powerful gpu any games and video will look terrific. Beyond the display, the stand is sturdy, it all feels hefty and stable. The range of motion on the monitor is great, various angles and heights. One minor issue I’ve run into is the backside of the monitor has a port cover that clips in but my clips don’t seem to hold and the corners of the cover are not flush. It’s a small nuisance, out of sight, likely not endemic to all models and very well may be user error if I haven’t fit the cover correctly

Mini LED is very bright, brighter than OLED. I have compared this to a G8 OLED Samsung and I prefer the Mini LED. OLED has better black to white transitions while the Mini LED has slight bloom. It has never bothered me. This is a very good monitor.

this monitor is the beast for me is the best in market right now!!! whit the ps5 pro bro you see detail work amazing !!!! i am lucky i buy this monitor for 500 in black friday if want good monitor curve 4k 240hz then go for this monitor !!!!!

Great picture, love the 4k and the 240 fps is great for gaming. Has great range of motion for whatever angles u need.

I had the 1440p g7 prior to this. I also tried the oled g8 which was really nice too. This 4k 240hz is great if you have a powerful machine. Im running a 4080 so was able to use the full power of this display in diablo IV. The curve is really immersive and the high contrast mini led is great. Defintely recommended.

I really liked this monitor. However it did randomly die on me and I mean like something internal gave out. Other than that I live my 4k monitor.
