The fridge itself is fine. We had endless problems with installation by Best Buy. It took 4 trips to finally get someone who could reverse the door on the fridge to the other side due to the layout of our kitchen. So if you are considering this fridge, make sure you note that you need the door reversed when ordering it.

Plenty of space, has a deli drawer that easily slides in and out, I made sure to read the reviews before purchasing as this is a big purchase, so far so good. Looks good in my kitchen

Very good but hard to put in 1.5 liter sodas. Lots of storage space. Great for ice maker.

I had this refrigerator installed a few weeks ago. It works fine. The freezer and main cabin are cold, ice maker works fine (though a bit slow in making ice cubes, it filled the bucket in two days). The refrigerator is a good choice for spaces less than 68inch in height. It is wide, so there is still plenty of space.

While the first one arrived damaged, the second one works great. It's quiet and huge. I like the different modes that you can set it. The pull out tray is great for lunch stuff. Overall a great experience.

I got this fridge when my old LG quit working. I like that the doors are magnetic. I liked the ice maker is included at Best Buy. I bought from Best Buy as competitors did not include the ice maker. Delivery was quick, a couple of days. I like the flex zone.

So far so good. I just got this fridge and I love it. The top row slide-out shelf is unique and adds space to an above mid-sized fridge. It has a compact yet sleek design with an ice maker. Overall this is an excellent fridge and barring any weird malfunction I love it

This refrigerator looks nice, It has a thin skin so it can get a dent. It works good and is very cold in the freezer and in the fridge, I could not use the freezer section as a fridge because it would only cool down to 45 degrees F. Works very good as a freezer though. -5F.

works well but door shelves are not high enough. refrig shelves lack enough height to store jars and cans over 6 inches. had to buy turn tables to be able to see and get at things in back!. Freezer is too large for my needs and encroches into what should be refrigerator shelf space. Limited choice due to exterior dimention fitting cabinat openings. works fine, very quiet but wouldn't buy if I realized problems with shelves

It may not look like it initially, but this fridge/freezer has a lot of space, more than enough room for everything you need if not more. After having used multiple different fridges, none seem to have been as spaced as well as this one has been. It even comes with built in ice maker. The only thing that could make this better is if it was energy star efficient. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone looking for a fridge. Especially if you are wanting an ice maker, this one already comes with one built in, it does not cost extra to get it, so you save at least $100 with any other fridge whether it is Best Buy or any other store you are looking at to have one installed assuming it is capable of producing ice.

It is so quiet that I kept checking it was working! I love it.

We looked at various home improvement and local stores but came away with Best Buy being the “best overall” value…they had the inventory of the model we wanted and provided free delivery. This refrigerator is simple, easy and great for our family of four!
