Lots of room but not alot of adjustability. Fridge is very deep so had to buy bins for my condiments so they didn't get lost in the back of the fridge. Only s slot adjustments for the shelves.

If you don’t like side by side refrigerator, this one is perfect. My only problem is I don’t like the new appliance smell.

Refrigerator is good but ice maker is a little slow on making ice cannot keep up with demand

I wanted to go to Brands Mart but I liked best buy warranty service so this was the first time i tried Best Buy and wasn't disappointed great looking products, I wanted something for a rental that looked great and didn't cost to much, because they matched pricing it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and was able to make the place look eye popping not cheep

Perfect size for my townhouse. Consumer reports rated it high so I went with it. Nice refrigerator but took 2 months to get it. Ordered in July and received it in mid September. Freezer keeps food frozen and refrigerator keeps food cold. So far so good!

A year and a half old and control panel quit working and it is no longer under warranty. Found that the wire between the freezer door and control panel was broken. Contacted Samsung and it is past one year so no longer under warranty. The repair man told me I either need a new freezer door and control panel, or buy a new fridge...haven't even finished paying for this one. I had the door reversed during installation so I am wondering it if was done improperly causing the wire to break. So disappointed....

I’ve had this for one year now Pros: I enjoy the external design, sleek and modern. I don’t mind the limited lighting but both the freezer and fridge lights are directly in front so it’s dark in the back part of compartments. No problems with adjustable temperature. It gets very cold. My fridge and freezer are set at 2 and 3 blue lit lights (my preference), and it can go up to 5 lit lights if needed, which is super cold. I like the humidity control of the 2 bottom drawers, not sure if it keeps veggies and fruits fresher longer. It probably does with its twin cooling design. Cons: noise level can be annoying but we got used to it. I don’t have the ice maker water hook up and the fridge still makes crackling/knocking noises. I have the setting off, tried everything but the fridge is just plain noisy at times! Not constant but intermittent. I would not recommend to a personal friend because I’m sure there are very quiet fridges out there that are still spacious and modern looking. Cost was subtotal 989.99+61.87(sales tax) total 1051.86-148.75(price match)= grand total 903.11 I got the price reduction after the fridge went on sale 2 weeks later. I called and they did it over the phone.

Bought this as a surprise for the hubby; he LOVES it! Energy efficient and very effective (had to turn the freezer down, it was so cold), good control system, spacious, and best of all, it looks great. Stainless steel, but with a coating that reduces finger smudges, very attractive front, with recessed door instead of handle; interior LED light is attractive feature. We love it. This design (freezer on top) is also the most efficient of the efficient fridges. People say it's loud -- well, it does have to kick into extra gear to maintain cool temps if people *Keep the Door Open Too Long.* That's when it makes some noise. But not problematic. The folks complaining clearly need to stop standing in front of an open fridge.... We are super happy with this purchase. -- and the delivery guys were great!

The refrigerator was delivered with dents, dings, and scratches. We had to arrange for an exchange to replace product.

Excellent fridge. Great modern sleak design and generous space. Great option for small space in a small condo. Cools wonderfly and freezer is very very cold, fairly quiet, wanted a bigger nicer one but had size limits and this was the perfect fit, and still looks great! Very pleased. A perfect fridge for size restrictions. Old school top freezer deseign actually yeilds more cubic feet of storage in a smaller fridge then french door or bottom freezer designs -- yet this one has the modern look in an old school form.

First the exterior is truly finger print/smudge proof stainless. Very happy with the look and ease of cleaning. The interior is perfect for me. I would like one more door shelf, however the door shelves are very sturdy and will easily hold a gallon of milk or two. I am used to have the light in the back, the LED in the front is sufficient to light the interior. The freezer is big enough for me. I don't use the ice maker and would prefer to remove it, maybe after the warranty is expired.... Overall it's a good unit, as quiet as my previous unit, constructed well and looks good.

This is a great refrigerator. It's roomy, well lit, and very quiet. It's also very attractive. The stainless steel does not show fingerprints like my last refrigerator. The only thing I don't like is that the shelves on the door are not adjustable, but they are very roomy, and large enough to accommodate bottles of OJ.

Too early to tell…. I only had it for 1 month but so far it works well. It’s a simple design and spacious enough for my food.

Plenty of room, looks excellent, runs very quietly. Two things I wish I knew before are 1) a new refrigerator should sit for 12 hours before plugging in 2) it takes a couple days before it starts running smoothly and maintains the right temperature. But this is a great refrigerator and I'm glad I got it.

Such a beautiful nice stainless steel refrigerator. Very spacious refrigerator and freezer. Also I love how if you don’t close the doors right or if you have the refrigerator open for too long, it has a little dinging tone that reminds you to close it. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and the fridge fit in the kitchen perfectly, it looks big but it was a great fit !! Cools at the perfect temperature as well.

My wife and I are really happy with this purchase...more importantly my wife. We've had it now for about a month and "knock on wood" all is well. This fridge not only looks great but also is the most quite running one we have ever owned or seen. I've had to open it just to check to see that it's still on. Another cool thing I really like is that the freezer compartment also has it's own led light, something that isn't common for top freezer refrigerator's, that I'm aware of. We absolutely Love it!

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It is the perfect size for my fridge spot in my kitchen. I t is SO quiet. I occasionally hear the ice clinking as it drops into bin in the freezer and that's it for noise. It is large, spacious for all my refrigerated items and I really like the light in the freezer. If I had more money and a larger space, I may have bought a larger refrigerator but I think it would also be a Samsung as all my Samsung products work great. My only regret is I didn't splurge for a stainless steel or a black one, but the white looks nice also. But it does show fingerprints. Lastly, I thought I would miss not being able to hang a kitchen towel from the nonexistent door handle but! I have hung over the door top racks that I couldn't have put there with a handled fridge and the handleless fridge looks so more sleek. Overall, I am so very pleased with my purchase.

Factor settings are working well in the freezer & fridge. We never had a light in our freezer before. This feature helps, but would help more if it faced into the freezer. Ice maker should have auto shut off if the bin is full, this model has to manually be shut off. We like the slide out pantry but the fridge lacks sufficient shelf space because of it. Door shelves are very nice. Overall we really like this refrigerator. This unit is quiet. The only time we hear noise is when the ice maker drops ice. Magnets will work on the outside doors if you want to hang a calendar, etc
