We do not have ice maker hooked up. The freezer is large and does what it is supposed to do. The two bottom drawers are larger than I am used to, but since we buy a lot of produce it works great for us. I do wish there were more options in which to configure the shelving, as I am not thrilled with the spacing, but that is a personal preference.

Samsung should design better for easier reversing.

I especially love the “Pantry” deli compartment right below the freezer. A light in the top freezer was one of my requirements and I’m glad I didn’t purchase a frig without it. The black stainless finish matches my other kitchen appliances well even though they are a different brand.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find this refrigerator to be noisy I can hear the ice maker and water filling but that noise I know what it is..But I hear this noise that sounds really weird like a ding noise against a pipe or metal it’s just annoying..Makes me think it’s gonna die on me..I hope it’s a normal noise..The refrigerator seems to work fine..But I do find this noise concerning.

My only issue is the door does not open as far as I would like. You have to watch the crisper drawer in that side. It may hit the door when opening. No other concerns.

To me it was only delivered only particall because they didnt finishthe job said they were running behind & didnt have time to do it. it was not put on the order to switch the doors but than again he didnt ask me or tell me about it

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In the beginning, I was in love with the idea that we could use the whole thing as a refrigerator and not the top as a freezer since we have 2 additional freezers. Well, since day one I noticed I had to keep it all the way cold for it to maintain at least 39°F. It has been a year and 2 months, now the top part stays a 47-50°F. I have to keep pushing the "Power Cool" button for it to reach 40°- 42° and that is the coldest the top part will get in the refrigerator mode. After pushing the button it will reach 39°-42°. Please keep in mind that even though it's still on the "safe side" it is set to the coldest setting and that is the warmest temperature a refrigerator can be to keep your food "safe". Also keep in mind that every time you open the door, the temperature drops drastically so it can reach 60°F really fast and take a while to drop again.
