From the day of delivery the refrigerator did NOT produce ice and had problems with the lights staying on. A service tech came out about 2 months later and looked at it and determined it needed a new valve for the water line and that the computer board was not working properly. So after another wait of almost 2 months the technician returns and puts the new parts in. He assured me it was working properly and it would be making ice in no time. I think my problem is solved. Its new years so I was not 100% focused on my refrigerator working properly so I didn't pay attention to it that night. I woke up in the morning to find that number 1. My ice maker was not working. And number 2. The refrigerator was not cooling and all of the contents of the freezer were thawed out and the contents of the main part were all warm. So I had to open a new service ticket with samsung and discard all of the spoiled items. Now it is going to be a battle with samsung to get another service tech out to hopefully fix it this time. And let's pray that I dont need a new one because that will mean another couple months of not having a properly working refrigerator that cost me almost $1000. I would recommend steering clear of any samsung product because they lack any sort of urgency in repairing their faulty equipment.

The provide very poor illumination making items difficult to see items in the back of both the refrigerator and freezer. Thought the lights were put in incorrectly. Had a service call and was told thats the way it is.

I wouldn’t purchase for my main fridge. Does not keep sodas and beer cold enough even on Max settings. It’s an ok deal I would a lot more better options out there.
