Store purchase during Covid "shut down" was seamless. Delivery was prompt, deliver personnel were courteous. Refrigerator works fine.

Flexzone , I converted top freezer to refrigerator. Will not maintain a cool temperature! Purchased 4 appliance thermometers and constantly registers between 38 and 50°. Called Samsung very nice to deal with ! First repair they upped the temperature control to the coldest setting then registered about 33 ,within two days back to high temperatures again second repair will be done on July 23 we will see what happens! I would not recommend this model !

Looks great. Keeps everything cold especially in the freezer. Best freezer I have had in years.

Great refrigerator! Lots of space! A little expensive in my opinion but I see that refrigerators have gone up everywhere.

Delivery was on time. Removal of old refrigerator. Spacious. Getting comfortable with the doors.

I was hoping that the larger version of this refrigerator would be taller but it ended up just being wider. I use the top as a refrigerator and it isn't as cold as the bottom. Sometimes the top goes over 40 degrees so I don't keep dairy in the top. Those are the reasons I don't give it five stars. I took the ice maker out since I use it as a garage fridge. It is a good quality refrigerator.

First new refrigerator in many years. Works great and is beautiful. I love the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel exterior.

I submitted a review for the item under the incorrect tab, but I had to make sure to mention the outstanding delivery service provided. The guys were professional and courteous, but most importantly skilled and gentle with the appliance during delivery. This would be appreciated normally, but with the shortage of fridge availability at this time (and having received a heavily damaged unit from another retailer, it was supreme service they provided.

Very happy with Best Buy help with our purchase. Refrigerator is the perfect size and type we wanted. We are very partial to Samsung products.

Insufficient interior lighting. Shelf spacing options do not provide enough height.

So far (I only have it for 1 month) I'm very pleased. I like that it has straight shelves, it makes it much easier to arrange things than when there are all kinds of "meats saver" drawers, etc. My only complaint is that there aren't enough choices to adjust shelf height. I prefer to store my milk on a shelf rather than the door, as recommended by food safety experts. So I've been storing it on the door and so far no spoiled milk.

It has been over 2 weeks and it still holding up not having fingerprints.

Happy at last! Lots of room! Just a simple fridge! But works for me! I had to do a door reversal sevice, no problem. Done in the next week. I was told factory does not reverse the door. Just be aware. As I said no problem, just another $49.99!! The best thing is this model does not cost a lot!!
