The refrigerator was damaged and instead of waiting for the 3rd refrigerator to be delivered (the first one was damaged), we agreed to replace the damaged part ourselves when we received it. We have been waiting a few weeks, and have not received it nor have had any communication regarding the part.

And the second time as well. With the shortage of Refrigerator appliance currently it was difficult. We really like the first still so much we did the same just had to have Black stainless steel instead of just stainless It worked out great. Sorry the first one had a problem. Thank you Geek Squad.
