I have wanted this monitor since it’s announcement. It looks amazing (without giving off an obvious gamer vibe) so it works well in my office. My only complain is the IO: it has a micro HDMI, mini display, and USBC. So good luck finding a micro HDMI 2.1 cable to be able to play Xbox on this thing. Other than that, love it.

I’m not a big fan. I use it for my xbox series x. You can get 1440p 120hz but the caveat is you can’t have 120hz and hdr. I’ve tried to play with the settings for hdr and it’s just greyed out. Did it while the call of duty and rocket league game where on which are hdr games, still couldn’t get it to work. Another big thing is that it uses micro hdmi. There are no certified hdmi 2.1 cables that are micro hdmi. I had to go to amazon to get a cable, best buy doesn’t carry a micro hdmi 2.1. Why Samsung uses these ports, I can’t explain. I am going to return this monitor, not worth the money.

There’s a great OLED display, connection ports, and even good speakers too. All ruined by a menu system, and customer data sales model. In short, to enable a lot of the functionality, you have to agree to let Samsung sell your use and viewing data. Gross. I returned it. Save yourself time, skip the terrible user interface, and avoid a company that wants to monetize your privacy.

Just bought this last month and i love it. Finally can pc game with oled and it makes a huge difference.

Excellent monitor! You can’t beat the crisp inky blacks of an Oled! No anti-glare dullness you get from a standard LCD panel. The colors really pop. Refresh Rate is also great. The only complaint I have is that it isn’t in 4K but rather at 1440P, Other than that, this is a fantastic product.

I was skeptical about gaming on oled but man the details and perfect blacks are game changer for me

Pros: - HDMI 2.1 - Type-C USB Port - Can do 10-bit color over HDMI 2.1 and DP as well. - No fans, no coil whine noise issues, completely silent. - Screen protector applied to screen for maximum protection in shipping. Unfortunately, this monitor seems to have two big issues that need to be addressed ASAP: - The monitor will sometimes not wake from sleep in DisplayPort. This happens to me more than 50% of the time, I have to hard reset my PC when this happens as even unplugging the monitor doesn't work. - The volume will sometimes raise by itself and pop up on the left of the screen without any user input. The default volume out of the box for this monitor is 15 and throughout the day, it usually ends up around 20 for me after a few hours of use. I've seen many users also have these issues if you do a search for the above, at this point, I'm not sure if these are hardware or software defects that can be patched via firmware updates. Hopefully it's the latter and Samsung addresses it ASAP. As of now, I can't recommend this product until the above issues are fully fixed, especially at a $1500 price point.
