It's fast and kept my foods hot. Easy to clean and manage. The guy who installed it for me did a great job. I had great help from the Best Buy guys from beginning to the end of my installation. I'm glad I got this stove top. I love cooking with it.

First of all, it was originally purchased November 27th and finally got installed in Feb. 3 Months to get a cook top is insane. The first install attempt in January failed because the cooktop had no burners! What?? it took forever to reschedule and meanwhile I was without a cook top, which was challenging for a family of 4. No follow up phone calls from Best Buy, no apologies, no care for their profound inadequacies in customer service. The cooktop works well and we are happy with the product...but the service and time it took for the install makes me question whether I will shop at Best Buy in the future

The large burners on this cooktop are closer in heat output to much more expensive GE Cafe line. Stainless steel has been easy to clean. Get yourself the 3m scotchgard stainless steel cleaner.

This new samsung cooktop has very precise and strong burners. Cook time is faster and boiling my water is much faster compared to the old cooktop. Love the sleek modern design. Highly recommend!

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The black grills on top are very heavy and hard to lift for cleaning also the burners are to close together so it’s hard to fit two pans on the left and right burners, have to use smaller pans, not great when you have pans on all the burners and since the grates are higher takes longer to heat up, they should have put all the knobs in the lower right hand corner which would have made it easier to use larger pots or pans

The cooktop is clean and competitively priced. There isn't a great selection of stovetops, but I'm glad that this one looks good. Buttons work easily, although installation-wise it's a little too close to the backsplash. Happy with the fit, the installation team had to cut some granite and wood to install it correctly.
