The finish is terrible, you can't clean it properly (get it to shine) even with microfibers and SS cleaner. I wiped something with a paper towel and it scratched it. If it weren't so expensive and my countertop cut for it, I'd definitely get rid of it. Save your money. Best Buy shouldn't sell this. Samsung Customer Service was a joke. Said warranty didn't cover scratches or smeariness.

Was building a new house and liked the matching fridge with tablet in it. I only wished I had bought the version with the bluetooth to control the overhead canopy hood light.

We looked for one that the cut out specs fit the cut out we already had for the 30in. This specs were it. We drove a over a hour to pick it up and a over a hour back. AND THE SPECS ARE WRONG. Do not follow the spec sizes for the cut out on the Best Buy page. So now we are cutting the granite and having to pull out 2 drawers

Parts were missing and had to return it back to the store for a refund. I had to wait a week to receive the cooktop and had plans to install it on the pick-up date, it wasn't meant to be. At this time, I'll find another store other than Best Buys to make to purchase this item.
