Beautiful cooktop, we needed a new one and loved the black stainless color so we got this one on sale. My wife loves it, she loves cooking on it even though it's electric.

this is a great purchase works wonderful just love it only con is the inability to get the spacer surrounding the cook top no way to find one

nice but product width were 1/2 inch off would not fit. Would buy again if it were the correct size. Just would not purchase anything else from Bestbuy!!!

It works as expected. It is better than the Whirlpool cooktop I had for just under 2 years. The Whirlpool glass cracked and broke suddenly and heat distribution was notoriously uneven. This one is consistent in its heat distribution and controls are great!

I've only just begun to use it. Had my GE Profile for 20 years so adjusting to a new way of doing things. So far, no complaints. Wish the under electrical box was smaller so I didn't have to remake my drawer.

Love how this Samsung cooktop matches the black stainless steel LG appliances we bought! The rapid boil burner is a huge bonus to speed up the boiling process.

Poor Rating at this time because the Trim kit was not received. William Damato of The Emeryville Store has not responded to my emails. and the "Samsung 36" Cooktop with WiFi and Rapid Boil -Stainless Steel" has not been installed.

The stove is excellent but do not use old pots to cook. Make sure your pots have the rim around the bottom so they do not spin while you are cooking. I had to buy new pots. For the scratches you can use Magic glass cooktop daily cleaner or Magic glass cooktop cleaner and polish. Spray the daily cleaner let it sit for a few minutes, use a moist microfiber towel to wipe it down. The burners I used the first time I cooked had scratches due to my old pots. But once I started using the daily cleaner, the scratches are all gone. The stove is beautiful. I am pleased with my purchase.

Has 2 large burners with 3000 W high power so you can rapid boil. Two smaller burners close aligned so you can use similar to a bridge element. Smartthings app let's you check to make sure the oven is off when you are out. It will not allow you to control the oven remotely. Probably a good idea. Looks beautiful.

It works ok...the biggest problem I have are the knobs keep breaking...and even though we bought a warranty, it's not covered for some reason. It's really hard to turn a few of the top knobs and it breaks. Not worth it if you keep having to buy replacement knobs at over $100 a piece.

Have had this cooktop for 6 years, after 3 years the biggest burner stopped working. Samsung is impossible to deal with for service. Pretty frusterating when you have over $10k worth of appliances from them in your home and this is the 3rd appliance to have problems.
