I have been using this Cooktop for over a month now and the functions on this unit is very impressive. I love the Sync function that allows 2 left units to sync together so I can use a griddle. This was great for breakfast, which is one of my favorite meals. WiFi was great to stay connected and the melting feature was great for my queso recipe. Just the design itself made it easy to cook multiple dishes as I could adjust the size of some of the units to the correct pan.

Unit sucks. It didnt work when i purchased but it was after the return window for bestbuy before I had it installed. Contacted samsung about it constatly turning off. They blamed it on cookware being noninduction. My cookware was induction. I thought maybe i need a different induction set so i bought Caraway induction set and it still has the same problem. Contacted Samsung to get the runaround before finally send a tech. Tech came out and confirmed the problem. They said they were going to repair the issue. That sucks since i bought a brand new unit... Didnt get a discount for buying a refurbished unit. However l, as of today it is still not repaired. I contacted Samsung in November about the problem.

We have owned KitchenAid units for well over 20 years. Opted to purchase Samsung, liked the features etc. It is Garbage and they DON"T back up their prodcuts. Customer service is the WORST experience ever!! Stove top was defective and they REFUSE to back it up and we have only owned it for 3 months. Stay away.
