Works great so far. Wish ice maker was bigger. Quiet. It does show fingerprints but cleans easily. Best Buy delivery was fast and guys were professional and friendly!

Happy with the look, and the fridge is very quiet. It runs a little cold, so we adjusted the thermostat up 2 degrees from factory settings. Overall, this fridge is a great value.

My old fridge was white and died and so I finally got to upgrade to what I've wanted for years. I love the looks of this as I wanted black stainless because my kitchen cupboards are white. It really looks nice. However, while this wasn't cheap, it is cheaply made. The drawers don't function properly, and in fact the little flap cover for the bottom drawer in the freezer already snapped off. The ice/water is a joke. The cube ice comes out partially crushed, and you can't hold a glass/cup under the dispenser and push the lever to fill a glass with water, as the tube the water comes out is to forward, misses the glass and goes down the front of the fridge. Very poor design. The best thing about this is the color and size as I needed counter depth. I didn't have much to choose from that was available asap, as I bought this during pandemic time. I say, spend a little more and get one that doesn't have cheap parts and un thought out functionality.

The refrigerator is exactly what we needed! The freezer is a bit smaller than my old one, but very satisfactory. I have linked the refrigerator to an app on my cell phone so I am able to check the temperature in both compartments through bluetooth. The delivery and installation was perfect and timely. We are quite satisfied with our purchase, and have recommended Best Buy as the customer service at the time of purchase was exemplary.

So far i have had the fridge for just over a week. I love the counter depth size and the sleek look of having no protruding door handles! The fingerprint resistant finish is another nice touch! The led lighting inside is great and the space is plentiful! The only bad thing i have to say at this point is that there is no light on the outside ice/water dispenser...that is kind of a bummer but not the end of the world. Definitely a great overall value so far!

COUNTER-DEPTH is a must for small space kitchen. I originally bought the 27.4 Cu. Ft version that has normal, bigger depth. Hence, more space for food. However, the kitchen in 1BR/BA Co-op is so small and the normal cabinets were to close to the opposite L-shaped cabinet/dishwasher nearby. Very little space to walk through. I asked BestBuy to swap to smaller counter-depth one. They helped me out: Thank you, BestBuy. Now, it's much better with CounterDepth. Buyer Beware.

Very satisfied with my Samsung fridge and the design. Fits my personality in regards to organizing compartments. It works perfectly. Love the choices to have cubes or crushed ice.

So far very goo product. Fit easily through are 32 inch doors. Only had it for a week but seems great so far

Love this refrigerator it makes no noise only when ice container is filling but that does not bother me at all. It is beautiful and gives sufficient space for two people in the house. It got its freezer temperature setting 0 grades Fahrenheit about in four hours and the refrigerator 37 grades Fahrenheit about in six hours. Still trying to figure out how to manage temperature settings. When I try it gives me Ap lecture so I would have to down load an App to manage the temperature.

Nice refrigerator. It’s rather big to deliver in a tight hallway but otherwise works great. Space is huge. Ice dispenser seems to produce ice fast but never try to time it or take care of many people at once. The only down side of this refrigerator is the doors don’t close by itself. So, need to make sure the doors are close.

I’m really impressed with the quality, look, and value for this. It’s very modern and functions great. I just don’t like that it doesn’t have enough lighting.

The fridge is great. Ice machine is okay. It needs a light under the water.

The price was great. The size of the ref fits exactly in our kitchen. It the right features that we wanted and works perfectly. The ref compliments our other kitchen appliances.

It took a while to ship but it works great and it saves quite a bit of space without the handles. You can even control the temp and run diagnostics with an app on your phone.
