The refrigerator so far has worked well. It arrived on time and in good condition. I had to spend time removing the plastic shipping wrap from the door seams. The only problem I have is when dispensing water, it tends to splash or miss small glasses entirely. I gave it four stars due to the water dispenser.

We bought it for our basement next to the drybar. The fridge works quietly and great. It looks very handsome too. Priced very reasonable.

Amazing piece of functional design. Simple and perfectly executed engineering. Many understated but stylish features. Very easy to access and view the interior inventory. Best Buy is an incredible source for all things appliance. Most people do not know all the advantages of buying your best choice with BB. Product, price, delivery team, extended warranty options/plan/price and the awesome and knowledgeable people selling you (no pressure). I'm still smiling long after the sale and installation.

FIT PERFECTLY INTO THE KITCHEN WITH THE COUNTER DEPTH AND DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REFRIGERATION AND FREEZING. THE SETTING FOR THE REFRIGERATOR NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED OTHERWISE IT CAN FREEZE ITEMS. LOVE THE DOUBLE DOORS. JUST WISH IT HAD A PLACE FOR ITEMS LIKE BUTTER DISH. THE TWO BOTTOM DRAWERS ARE FINE BUT THE LOWEST ONE TENDS TO GET STUCK. OVERALL, A VERY GOOD VALUE.

Love everything about this side by side. The price was so incredible.. ! Love that it has a sleek looking water feature on the outside ( some are clunky looking) and I love that the inside seems double of my old side by side. Only one issue: there should be a meat compartment drawer. Something for meat or cold cuts when you get back from the grocery store but don't want to freeze and don't want to cook the meat yet. Otherwise, this is a 10.

The fridge looks beautiful and is very simple and functional. However, first the ice maker worked and the water didn't. Then I got the water to work and it's been leaking every day. Not sure what to do this point.

sleek and wonderful, just wish it were a tad bit quieter when the ice is making its way down. But beautiful all around and easy to clean/keep clean. Keeps food fresh remarkably long and has more space than it appears to. Love the hideaway shelf way on the bottom of the fridge door (you could miss it)

We didn't have much choice with the space requirements we had and the look we were going for. Overall a solid fridge but the shelves and door storage cannot be moved. I hate this about it. The ice maker is pretty small and does not work great.

Love this fridge. Its sleek, and although it’s counter-depth, it’s larger than you’d think. Can fit a whole bunch of groceries and items in it. I also love that you can get water from the dispenser while the doors are open, and the minute you stop requesting ice— no more comes out. I’ve had refrigerators in the past that wouldn’t allow water to dispense when someone had a door open. Pulling your glass away after getting ice and not having additional ice hit the floor is nice….

Last minute fridge purchase and it fits well in our space. Very happy with the purchase. It didn’t take long to get over the “no handles” thing and it actually makes our smallish kitchen feel like it has a bit more room. WiFi and associated app features are executed decently. Pretty much all it does is tell me when the door is left open, which hasn’t been a problem yet.

Replaced Samsung refridgerator which stopped making ice & freezing after 21 yrs. Found smaller Samsung version making it easier for a senior to access interior & replace water filter. Quiet running, only noise is when ice drops into ice maker bin in door. Extremely pleased with this model for a smaller space.

So far, we love this fridge. It’s fairly basic but miles beyond what we had. It looks great in the black stainless steel and getting notifications on our Samsung TV about the door being left open has proven especially helpful. Took a few efforts to get the app to register the fridge but since it did, it’s been smooth sailing. Excellent looking and performing.

Pros We liked the simple design and it fit well in our kitchen. There seemed to be a good amount of storage for a counter-depth fridge. Cons Unfortunately it stopped cooling after 11 days. The freezer is currently 67 degrees and the fridge says its 37, but that is definitely incorrect as a thermometer test says its 55. We also found that the fingerprint proof didnt hold true, the packaging was terrible because plastic wrap gets stuck between metal sheet pieces and is extremely hard to get out, and the natural tendency for the doors once opened is to keep opening further which gets annoying to have to hold them in place while searching the fridge. The nice thing is that it broke within the 15 day return window. Will not be going with Samsung this time.

REALLY LIKE THIS REFRIGERATOR. COUPLE OF THINGS THAT WOULD BE NICE. THE WATER AND ICE HAS NO LIGHT SO IF YOU ARE FILLING UP A DARK CUP IT IS HARD TO SEE WHEN TO STOP. ALSO IT HAS NO PLACE TO PUT THE BUTTER, AND THE DRAWERS THAT ARE ON THE BOTTOM ARE HARD TO PULL OUT

I love my refrigerator and especially like the way the handles are made. Very good buy for the price. I like the freezer side and the shelves. The refrigerator side has shelves that are far enough apart so I can put my extra large picture of tea in it.
