It is a very basic unit and works well but lacks some of the accessory parts like an egg shelf, smaller drawers for cold cuts, cheese and other smaller flat items. It is counter depth and the doors open wide enough to remove the bins.

I'm old school, so I'm used to the door handles and being in a w/c, they're like a pivot point for me. We didn't like no deli drawer and non adjustable shelves but found the new one (Whirlpool) didn't have a adjustable shelves either.

I love it; it replaced a refrigerator I had for years and it makes me happy. There is so much more room. And........the fingerprint-proof stainless steel is something I appreciate because I am a little OCD. The delivery by Best Buy Independent Contractor was on time, swift, professional and thorough. I would give this fridge and delivery 12 stars! Happy, happy happy!

The side-by-side doors allowed clear opening even in a badly architected small kitchen. Features were perfect for the need with ice maker and variable crisper drawers. Storage space is not noticeably different and adequate for almost all my refrigerated items.

Would be better if it had two drawers in the freezer. The installers did a good job the second time around. The first time they didn't have necessary fittings to hook to plastic tubing. I got parts from Menards.

It is a 5 star fridge in every regard EXCEPT ICE MAKING CAPABILITIES. If you start empty, it takes two full days to fill the hopper and that is on the power freeze setting! Beautiful fridge but disappointing.

I waited a few months to have it delivered but absolutely worth the wait. The sleek design is great. I thought it would be weird without the handles on the front but actually I don't know how I could ever go back to handles not tucked in. It has the same storage space inside as my old one that was not counter depth. I would absolutely recommend it.

The bottom shelf was freezing our produce on 37 degrees we moved up to 40 recently and have not yet checked to see if that fixed the issue. The fridge arrived with a little dent but no one noticed until later and it was too late plus I wouldn't have returned the fridge as I needed it. Overall nice fridge. we are pleased with it

This is my 2nd model that is having the same exact issues. The first counter depth (same exact model) Samsung refrigerator we purchased would freeze up out whatever was against the rear wall (inside). We ended up having to exchange and when the new one came in, we were having the same exact issue. The first one started having problems the first week, and now the newer one started after 2 months. Even with the temp turned up as high as possible (43°) everything that is close to the rear wall freezes. I have the freezer at 30% capacity and it's doing the same thing. Extremely dissapointed with Samsung It would not recommend them or buy any of their products ever again.
