Love it!!!!!!!!!!!! Great look and plenty of space !

Refrigerator is a solid buy. It’s quiet and the doors don’t jolt items around when you close it. You have to stabilize the adjustable legs because if you don’t there will be the weird noise when opening and closing.

I always prefer side by side as I think I have more room and better ice making capabilities. Reached temperature really quickly, and has maintained it. Only thing I wish it had was a little covered section for butter on side of fridge ...but all in all- it was a great choice! Did a fair amount of research and Samsung definitely had better reviews than other brands.

Door design with inside handles is perfect for keeping smudges off stainless front. So far ice maker is cooperating. I also like the charcoal grey side to the fridge instead of stainless side. More interior room that the last GE fridge of the same size.

Pros: Cools great! Outside looks superb! Room in freezer to lay a frozen pizza flat. Cons: can’t seem to get the Smart app to work. Water nozzle on water dispenser is angled oddly so be aware it my miss a smaller glass. No middle drawer in fridge side is annoying, but I knew that getting the unit.

The refrigerator is really nice looking and works very well. The only thing is that It came with a little dent on one of the doors. Another thing I miss in this one is manual temperature control. Since it connects to WIFI, the only way you could control temperature is via the app. Besides, it cools pretty fast.

We have had a minor issue of the touch interface switching between water and ice, but other than that the refrigerator works great and is plenty spacious for a family of 4.

Prompt delivery, good installation and matched a lower price of new sale BB had after purchase. The refrigerator has less cubic footage than old fridge but seems bigger.

Adjusted fridge section temp as some vegetables were showing ice. Very quiet running. Great lighting. Do not use ice maker. So far so good.

Love the counter depth option, it fits our space perfectly. The only issue is that it is missing one of the bins in the freezer, i have called Samsung three times and they've sent me three different bins but none of them fit. They can't seem to figure it out. I pretty much give up at this point and will just use it without the bin.

We have a limited space issue so this refrigerator was a good choice for us. The price was right and availability was quick which is a plus these days. The only thing we miss is a drawer for meat/cheeses but have improvised with refrigerator containers placed above produce drawer.

This is a good deal for counter depth refrigerator. Really enjoy it. Lots of room. One downside is the water spout is offset to far away from the back, need to use large cup otherwise water splashes out. Other than that’s its good

The refrigerator has a good design for fitting things in, but the ice maker leaves a ton to be desired. It can’t dispense ice at all. You’ll be standing in front of the door for 5 minutes waiting.

For the price, this refrigerator is a good value. I had an issue with there being a blockage in the water line in the refrigerator. I called Samsung and they sent out a technician that fixed the problem. It fit our needs for a counter depth fridge with ice/water dispenser in the door.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars out of 5 is because there is no built-in butter or cheese storage. I was able to buy some clear storage drawers / boxes, so it is fine, but seems like a weird option to cut out? Otherwise, this is a beautiful and functional refrigerator at a great price.

The refrigerator is really pretty. I love the sleek look. The refrigerator was dented when delivered. After numerous lengthy wait times to get through to a customer representative, another refrigerator was delivered with even more damage. Having been in the appliance repair business, I know first hand that the manufacturer does not package the appliances sufficiently to avoid damage so I opted to keep the 1st refrigerator to avoid having to take more time off from work or wasting a saturday. A little magnet will cover the damage. Best Buy compensated me with a gift card and I am satisfied.
