Very user friendly and trustworthy. I haven't had it for too long, but so far, I am really enjoying the experience. The best feature is the door alarm. If you accidentally leave the door open, the fridge will notify you. Great fridge!

When I purchased it, it was a display model, so the room lighting affected the inside when you opened the fridge door. If I could I would return it….

Great Refrigerator for ease of access/organization

In our kitchen we have a bottom freezer refrigerator with French doors. After using the Samsung, which worked perfectly from day one, I am completely satisfied with this Samsung. From a design perspective I love the side by side, it allows for easy organization of food and visual display to see everything. We love the Samsung refrigerator!
