After a couple of months of using this fridge, I’ve found that it is working as expected. I absolutely love the convenience of looking up recipes on this fridge instead of my phone. My kids also love using the fridge to post daily messages to the family. Overall, this was a great purchase and upgrade from our previous fridge!

Great so far. The fridge is massive on the inside for being counter depth. Way bigger than the GE profile we had before. I also like that we can put magnets on the fridge, something fridges started to move away from in recent years. The smart hub is cool, a little gimicky and limited to what you can do since it's locked into the Smart things app, but we're trying out different apps and the look inside camera is pretty awesome when you're not home to view in the app. I'm excited to see what other features they add to the screen, there are so many possibilities!

Fridge is big, which is not a bad thing. Huge upgrade from what we had previously. Glad our fridge died and we had to get this one as a replacement. Family Hub is kind of a gimmick. The only feature we use is the family calendar, which is now on the fridge instead of a magnet dry erase board.

This is a replacement for another version of a Smart Hub fridge from Samsung. Aside from the usual design for a French door model, the three types of available ice is new. Whole and crushed ice cubes dispenser on the door and cubes and ice pellets dispensed in the top freezer drawer ready to be scooped. This last offering will come in handy when filling pitchers and such.

I love this refrigerator the best hands down. The only thing I am having issue with my music playing from pandora. It mentions connection to server issue. Do anyone know how to fix that?

This fridge is excellent. My kids love the family hub. No more kids art work taped on the fridge. We take pictures and display them. Oh, yay the fridge is very well organized and we love the ice options.

All the smart home functions and so much room. Multiple choices for ice and all the configurations make this a great choice for family or techy folk

Best purchase smart hub fridge can do some many things to help you while in the kitchen

The item works great but I’m still tryna figure out the whole smart things app since my phone calls come up on the fridge and I don’t like that what’s so ever. The item did come with a small dent but the customer service was very helpful with that. I would recommend the item

We purchased 3 of these in the last few months for our high end rehabs in Maryland and our buyers always love these fridges. The glass/tech front is great addition and makes it look LUX. I would highly recommend this fridge for anyone.
