We swapped it out for the counter depth one. We had issues with the ice maker on both units. Samsung came out a few days ago and replaced the entire ice maker. Other than that the counter depth unit has worked for us.

Screen Broke Lost all my Food

The temperature settings for this model can only be controlled using the screen so when that broke during the initial setup I couldn’t adjust the temperature from whatever the default settings were which was too high to keep my food at the proper temperature. I called Best Buy to try to either get the fridge repaired immediately, replaced immediately or to have the delivery drivers return the fridge they took and it’s been 4 days of being told sorry there isn’t anything we can do until the fridge is back in stock. My food has all gone bad by this point and Best Buy still has not been able to do anything for me. A fridge that I was very excited about getting has turned into a nightmare that is still going on. I’ve been sitting on hold for over an hour as I am writing this because I just keep being transferred around between departments with no one attempting to do anything to rectify the situation. Learn from my mistake, don’t count on best buy to do anything to help you if there’s a problem with your new fridge, save your old one until your sure there are no problems with the new one.

If i had the chance to get a different one i would. The fridge side lacks drawers for cold cuts and such and the shevles arent adjustable, so to make it functional for our daily life i had to buy containers. Dont let the technology cloud your judgement.
