A great product overal

The fridge includes speakers to listen to music and even a camera too see whats inside through the family hub application.

Samsung Refridgerator

Unfortunately on recent move we bought new Samsung washer, dryer and refridge. Very disappointed with the Samsung refridge. The feezer side works fine but unfortunately the refrige side acts like a freezer as well. Have followed manual and have raised temp to 44 degrees but still temperature still 32.7 degrees. Have lost all food on refridge side as it is frozen and still waiting for Best Buy to come out and repair it. More to come whenever we can get someone out to repair it.

Not happy with the service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is good but the service from Best Buy was terrible two days of vacation wasted and then I had to pick it up by myself why they just canceled my appointments twice the first time the driver called us. It’s damaged. They make another appointment three days later, and they just canceled it with not telling us then we was going in the store after three hour phone call and we picked the same fridge up what they normally want to deliver us by the first time with the damage why it was a scratch on the side.

However, there ate lots of things that it still needs in order to become what they promote it as….the ice and water dispenser doesn’t have a light, the family hub freezes u cant do many things on it unless u have an android/samsung device many features dont work properly and its realy poor quality well too me atleast.

Ice maker is slow and enough for 3 people
