    Highly disappointed I brought this refrigerator in great condition when it arrived there was huge dents as if someone put a hammer to it.

    For an extra $1200, is Samsung OS isn't worth it

    Recently released TIZEN 6.0 is being distributed to these refrigerators. The companion Family Hub app is no longer supported. Picture Gallery is gone. Streaming is not consistent. App providers are abandoning the platform. Calendar syncing is much more difficult when it works. Recipes are provided through just ONE app. Internet access through TIZEN's web browser has broken many features that worked SOME with OS 5.0. Another major voice assistant is a dominant component. You CAN'T uninstall it. Support at SmartThings has no fixes or workarounds. If you but one and it has TIZEN OS 5.0, think long and hard before you apply an update.

    Do not buy. Samsung appliances, and best buy, are awful. Best Buy will sell you the product and not stand behind their choice to be a Samsung retailer or behind you as a customer. We built a new home and spent 5k on appliances here, after less than 3 years our refrigerator is flooding our kitchen, not holding temperatures and creating massive headache daily.

    False advertising

    I left samsung years ago because they do not support their product. I recently ourchased the fridge after reading it is compatable with ios. No it isn’t! The app that use to link the two brands is discontinued. There is no link between any iphone or apple app and the fridge. False advertising and NO customer support. Never buying samsung again.

      Our SmartThings app is not available for some tablet and iPad and some smartphone. The Smarthing Support that [iOS] 10.0 or higher/iPhone 6 or higher.

    Bad icemaker

    SO tired of having to constantly defrost the icemaker! Why hasn’t Samsung been able to design an icemaker that doesnt require defrosting every two weeks? Other refrigerator makers are able to do so!

      Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: either an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

    Don’t Buy Samsung You Will Paying to Repair

    I will never buy any Samsung products ever again. Got this fridge and the freezer when out within the first year. Bought the dishwasher and that also had problems within the first year. Three years in with my washer and that is having balancing problems. Don’t buy Samsung try another product.

    Samsung customer service the worst

    I bought this fridge august 2021 and it stopped working a yr later. Samsung customer service is the absolute worse. I have a useless fridge that has parts under warranty and Samsung refuses to fix it

    Nice Looking. Terrible Quality.

    These fridges are 2.5 year timebombs. Their compressor systems will leak and the entire fridge will stop cooling. DO NOT BUY. Their warranty system is a nightmare. If you do buy, KEEP YOU RECEIPT or Samsung will 1000% not honor any warranty. You have been warned.

    Worst customer service ever - sexist and rude

    No score less than one is available. We ordered this $2000 fridge 3 weeks ago. It was delivered 01/17/2022. It stopped cooling in less than 24 hours. My wife called best buy who sent her to Samsung customer service who appear to be based in India and who were incredibly sexist and rude to her. She talked to 6 people as they kept hanging up on her. They continued to harass her and tell her that she was not going fast enough and kept threatening to hang up on her. And then did. They told her to unplug the fridge, plug it back in and then call them back in 2 hours if it was not cooling then - at which point they would hang up on her. This fridge is less than a day old. One told her to wait until her husband came home. She finally spoke to a female who actually was slightly helpful. That person gave her a local contractor service phone number and opened a ticket with them with an incident number. The Samsung person told us that it would be Friday before a service person would be available. When she called the contractor, they did not have the incident number yet and so could not make an appointment. I called Best buy to complain about this and could not get to a human through their automated phone system. We lost an entire fridge worth of food and wont have a fridge for at least a week. Unbelievable.
