The way the doors have been design can grab your fingers if left holfing one end. Since the refrigerator has no handles its easy to place hand on th freezer door and accidentally crush your fingers when closing the fridge door.

Called Samsung and notified all test results, reboot, defrost, etc. and seems like sealed system leak. First repair visit came after seven days. They diagnosed a sealed system leak, but they does not fix leaks - needs a "specialist." Now Samsung is making us wait another 20 days (!) for a repair company to come out for another attempt. Five months it worked, and now we are without a fridge for a at least 27 days. Unacceptable.
