I know they wasn't there after the guys installed the frig. I just took this as the black stainless Steele must easily dent overall I love it

We put everything back in and it started working normally only to do the same thing a couple weeks later. Now the whole thing will not properly cool or freeze. We are now forced to use our old fridge in the garage.

Tony is his name did excellent job explaining the product. The Representative also explained about the warranty service. The delivery personnel were extremely careful and detailed in what they did. We're still learning about the refrigerator functions.

Well I’m not sure if I didn’t read the fine print but it’s a big but IF THE FRIDGE IS TO BIG THEY HAVE TO TAKE YOUR DOORS DOWN AND RHEY WILL NOT PUT THEM BACK I was ok what else was I going to tell the guy. For this reason I won’t be buying fridge from them again.

I also live in Thailand and Samsung products are in our home there as well. Great durability and has never failed us.
