Service was great but a few days after we had delivered I noticed 2 huge Scratches on the door ugh Tried to get them out but no way were they coming out

Fridge is good overall but if I have to be picky... Not a fan of non-adjustable shelves, no light on the water/ice dispenser, takes 3 seconds before anything is dispensed and there certainly should be 1 more door pocket in the freezer. the bottom area screams for 1.

Love this refrigerator , unfortunately I couldn't open one of the door because our rental house has long wall and I miscalculated it. Definitely get another one if I have a little bit bigger refrigerator spot in the future. Best buy made it so easy to exchange me the new refrigerator.

It’s big inside so I like . The ice is great and big space . Easy to work .i like Samsung refrigerator and the price is great more I was expecting.

Would give 5 stars since the fridge works properly but only have had it a few months and already has 6 dents in the doors. Very soft material which is ridiculous for a appliance that is used multiple times a day. Have no idea to fix it either. Very disappointed. This is my second Samsung appliance and I'm not impressed. The dishwasher that matchs already had the finish coming off. That is less then a year owned. So if you have a home where your family is able to tip toe around the fridge then great but if you have kids who will eventually throw the door open then don't waste your money.

It’s so PERFECT!!! Has water and Ice compartment. It can grind your ice as well! It has an alarm , so when your door is accidentally left open it will alert you via a nice tone alarm. It also has a lock where it keeps the kids from messing with the temperatures.

Very nice,has very good shelf space.very easy to clean.

the ice maker is kind of slow but over all the product is nice

We have had this for over a year now and love it. No problems not one single issue. Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself. I do wish the filter last longer.

So far so good... Delivery, set up and haul-away was a little rough around the edges! Customer service lacking. Getting the plastic wrap off the fridge was annoying...There is still some of it stuck behind the gaskets and crevice's. Not sure how to get it off.

Alex helped me and was great. The delivery guys were great and quick. The only thing is my appointment was 7am- 1 pm.,they did not get here until 3:30 and no one called to say anything.i had to call and waited about 40 mins, then got hung up on, and had to call back. But I love my refrigerator.

Good refrigerator so far. Ice comes out easily and bottom drawers are large

I love it so far. I like how the freezer shelves help organize the food instead of everything piled up. The ice dispenser is a little messy, you have to hold the cup right up to the fridge to REDUCE the amount of ice that spills on the floor…

I thought this refrigerator would be like my old one that the ice maker went out. But it does not have the bin capacity for the fruit or vegetable bin; a lot smaller. There is no meat tray either. I bought this refrigerator on line. Don't ever do that again.

Easy purchase. Sales person was great, delivery men were fantastic and took care in hook up and take away of the old fridge. The product is obviously much needed, would like it to last more than 9 years though. As they say, they don’t make em like they used to.

Love this refrigerator! The black stainless is gorgeous... but I am just a little disappointed it isn't actually fingerprint resistant. The freezer has a power freeze function that is incredible. My veggies and fruits stay so fresh. Great purchase!

very happy so far with this product. I wasn't sold on a side by side but was tired of cleaning under the bottom drawer freezer. It was so hard to get at and too old to be down on the floor. I have just as much room in this and shelves are so much easier to access.

shopping made easy I walked into the store and 1 of your associates came up to see if I needed help and showed me the different refrigerators that you had and assisted me on applying for your credit card and purchasing the refrigerator Zeke was awesome in helping me

Fridge works well enough but see a couple of opportunities. 1. If you are buying online and haven’t seen this fridge in person, keep in mind that black stainless steal is more like dark gray stainless steel. You will be disappointed if you are expecting a true black color. 2. Features are very limited. Other Samsung refrigerators of the same price offer more options for ice, water and additional settings. 3. Unless you have a very contemporary and modern home, this fridge won’t look as good as you visualize it. Fridges with handles look much better overall. My personal opinion. This might as well could be the best option for you, not for me.

Refridgerator had to be returned but the washer and dryer were instaaled fine.
