I was told they don’t handle parts, so they will exchange it with another fridge. I wasn’t happy, but it was the only option they gav3 me. The next week they delivered another one, but we didn’t except because it had a big dent in the back. Still waiting for a third to be delivered

The delivery date was in fact wrong, no one called to let us know it had been changed, no one could give any explanation. Had to wait another week for it. Great product, but Very Poor Customer Experience and evening worse Customer Service on corporate side of it.
