The bad, it leaked almost immediately from the freezer, which is the reason I replaced an older fridge. I should have contacted BB immediately but here I am with a new appliance that has the same issue as a much older appliance.

Poor installation

My sister now has water damage to floor in kitchen and ceiling in game room. Thanks for a bad experience, Ive always promoted Best Buy until now

Only complaint is the water filter is in the bottom of the unit. Makes it a little harder change it if your older and bending is an issue.

The lighting is great and the water on the door doesn’t leak. The installers were safe and courteous while getting the job done. I’m so happy with this purchase!
